Distribution stations by Bosch Packaging Systems will convey products of different shapes and sizes efficiently from production to packaging process.

From production process to packaging line – flexible and efficient

Viewing windows, transparent lateral casings and optimal accessibility allow for fast inspection and short cleaning times. The use of high-quality materials and a hygienic design with smooth surfaces comply with the highest hygiene requirements. Moreover the 12” touchscreen allows fast and clear access to all necessary production statistics and settings.

Distribution stations – hygienic and powerfulThe robust and modular infeeds connect all performance components and are individually adapted to the customer product as well as to the packaging process. Alignment and distance regulation of the product rows serve as preparation for an optimal and continuous distribution of all products to the individual packaging legs. In addition, a metal detector ensures that no contaminated products enter the packaging process.

Depending on the type of product, distribution stations allow for a gentle and continuous product flow to the packaging legs while maintaining maximum speed. A variety of buffering options guarantee high productivity and a decoupling of the production and packaging processes.

OperationA 12” touchscreen for operation, as well as electronic format and parameter changes, may be positioned at the electrical cabinet or at a station of your choice. This ensures access to the entire product distribution system. The structure also allows a quick overview of all necessary sectors and func-tions: parameter input, fault indication, shift statistics and troubleshooting procedures.

ConstructionThe fully accessible and modular distribu-tion stations are available in left-hand and right-hand execution. They have adjustable end rollers and minimum belt transfer gaps. All components are reliable, afford low maintenance and are perfectly adjusted. All axes are driven by efficient AC servo motors and belts can be changed quickly, without the use of tools. There are no static parts above the process belt which ensures that products are not contaminated by dust or dirt.
