Our service delivery modules

Call handling We use our NHS clinical contact centre capability to support your practices’ telephony requirements and improve patients’ access to your services. We’ll ensure that patients don’t ever get the engaged tone or have to wait in a lengthy telephone queue.Our call handling services can support your practices in their day-to-day operations, including appointment bookings, signposting and general enquiries. We can also undertake triage utilising an algorithm question set which can give patients tailored self-care advice, direct access to urgent appointments, and onward referrals to a range of skills – ensuring that the most urgent patients are seen and that skill mix in your network is optimised.

Clinical consultationsOur clinical hub already provides GP services by telephone or video to over 150,000 registered NHS patients. Our clinical telephony service includes:• Complete telephone consultations for any patient registered in England, with full read and

write access to their primary care patient record.• Prescriptions sent directly to a pharmacy of the patient’s choice.• All necessary referrals or updates to records, including to social prescribing pathways if

these are in place locally.• Exceptional performance levels – with 84% of calls closed with no follow up required.

Skill mixOur pool of clinical and non-clinical professional resources can be tailored to give your network access to a fully optimised skill mix. We can help you provide appropriate care to patients across your network and draw down and make use of skill mix funding as soon as it becomes available.We’re developing a range of patient pathways within our clinical hub which can reduce the workload for your team, at the same time as improving patient experience.

ConsultancyWe can help you to evaluate, pilot and implement:• Additional point of care testing.• Innovative and transformational treatment pathways.• Enhanced utilisation of the patient management system to maximise your efficiency.• Governance and policy development.

Administration and supportWe have developed a number of different business support options which can form the basis for a bespoke proposal depending on your requirements. We can support the day-to-day running of practices within your network to help cover any deficit in clinical hours, as well as practice administration duties including QOF support, records and document management.
