Research Question : How can we create unique collaborative opportunities for individuals, businesses and organizations of differing fields to develop a highly selective, professional exchange network in which both parties befit on personal and intellectual levels?

Audience : - People who are unhappy with confusing and inefficient online job search, professional network websites - People who would like a more efficient, rewarding and enjoyable workplace - Employers with little time to evaluate the way a new employee or client will interact with others - Risk takers who are willing to “comfortably” work outside of their comfort zone - Intellectuals in pursuit of partnerships for new, enriching, educational experiences - Professionals in need of collaborative working relationships to fulfill projects - Tension filled work environments where relationships and professional services begin to suffer as a result

- Differentiate website from others out there - Make it fun and interactive - Like a Facebook for Professionals - Others are too technical’ - Simple and pretty interface - Add nonprofit section? - LinkedIn is innefeciend and unliked- KPBC fellows is most relevant - Gives people a chance especially students - Change of environment with corporate approach - People with an education but no marketable skills - Allow movement and change of fields or interests- Access points to address - Specify different users and if they can use the same portal - Different of general audiences - Offer to startup community - Allow options and flexibility as to not pigeon whole anyone - Specify kinds of connections - Make different from match.com


Future Schedule : What I plan to do over the winter break and next semester:

- Examine critiques and begin to re-ideate using suggestions and reccomendations - Prototype website with wireframes - Interview proffessionals and students to find target users and their needs - Prototype many different interface interactions - Test prototypes - Read from reading list - Continue to research about other fellowships or programs that can be included or used as precedents - Begin designing interface - Code and realize website
