apart of government.

OPINION ABOUT TAQLID

"If a hadith is Sahih, that's my Mazhab."

“If my opinion is against the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of the

Prophet, leave this my opinion”.

"We're just a man. Today we thought so but tomorrow we disconnect. “

In another narration says," O Jacob (Abu Yusuf), woe to you! Do not write

everything you hear from me. Today I thought so, but I leave tomorrow. Tomorrow

I think so, but the next day I left.

CONTDITION OF OPINION

It is said that Taqlid of scholars are forbidden to stand on the

prohibition conveyed by the Imam Abu Hanifa.

“So ask the people of the message if you do not know”.(Surat An-Naĥl;43)

Ijma’ from jurist ordered for people who do not know the law and

their arguments for ittiba'(follow) people who know.
