planet. This specialized
education would be a
bachelor's or higher degree
in meteorology.

What do they do?
Make visual observationsTake readings from weather
equipmentAnalyze current weather
conditionsInterpret weather maps,
models, satellite, and the radar data to create short-term and long-term weather forecast.
What tools do they use?
Anonometers record the wind speed
Barometer measures the pressure exerted by the atmosphere by using air, water, and mercury.
Thermometers measure temperature
