This manual contains basic technical specifications and procedures for operation and maintenance of dental unit 501 Bohemia The kit is part of the dental department, which consists of a dental unit with chair and accessories consists of a series of dental handpieces and instruments. 2. Operating Instructions 2.1 Start-up Kit Turn the power switch on the side of the bottom cover chair. Enabling Kit is indicated by illumination switch. Turning tool kit is made hooker.

2.2 Spittoon

The kit is equipped with a rotary spitoon block with glass bowl.

Additional spittoon panel allows setting the saliva ejector, small and large sucker, scaler. Electronics spittoon assembly allows moisture separator and the separator Cattani

Controls: • Filling with water to drink and wash spittoons

Press this button, located to the spittoon, and on the side table, fill the water to drink or turn on the water for flushing spittoon. Both functions are equipped with a timer that can be set by user - Automatic filling and rinsing. Max time filling the glass is 10 s, rinse spittoons max 4 minutes. During the filling and rinsing this activity can be stopped by pressing of a button regardless of the time of automatic filling. The customer can place the bowl on the glass for filling patient. This button works directly without connecting to the automatic filling glasses.

If the kit is installed amalgam separator, do not let water flow through the cuspidor too long. Shorten the life of the separator! Note: if you are currently being displayed aspirator, you can reduce the flushing its suction power! This happens due to lower water pressure in the water distribution system, a lack of open water shutoff valve or clogged inlet water filter.

2.2.1 Spittoon with saliva ejector (Mini)

Spittoon includes a pneumatic saliva ejector Ø 6 mm, which when removed from the cartridge holder is put into operation.

2.2.2 Spittoon with a pneumatic pump (Econom)

The cuspidor is the holder of the saliva ejector nozzles and nozzle Ø 6 mm for the exhaust pipes Ø11 mm. Spittoon is fitted with a pneumatic pump as a vacuum source. It is therefore necessary to set equipped with a powerful pump. 2.2.3 Spittoon with moisture separator (Lux)

This spittoon is compared to the previous spittoon with suction nozzles for connecting

external power pump. Suction works so that after removing the suction nozzle of the cartridge runs suction unit. The amount of intake air can be regulated on the hose. Extension can be autoclaved. Aspirate fluid collects in the collecting container moisture separator in a spittoon after extraction spontaneously drained to waste. Suction can absorb at one time about 500 ml of fluid, then shut itself after a flush on again. Before collecting receptacle is placed filter. Filter cap can be removed and cleaned strainer. This filter must be min. 1 week check! When clogging suction stops working!

Chirastar moisture separator is a device that separates liquid from the suction pump terminals. The fluid collects in the master cylinder (4) after their extraction flows return valve (9,10) into the drain. Overfilling the master cylinder fluid rises the float (7) and closes the outlet of the separator. Re-sucking is possible to store the suction pipes into the holder, the pump is turned off and float releases the output of the separator. The device does not require special maintenance, only after each day's work should take in each tube a small amount of disinfectant and thus perform disinfection unit. Caution! Sudden ingestion of large quantities of disinfectant solution is possible penetration into the suction unit!

2.2.4 Spittoon with amalgam separators (Profesional)

Is functionally identical to the cuspidor in Sec. 2.2.3. Spittoon is equipped with amalgam separators, which also serves as a moisture separator. Control separator is described in the instructions supplied with the separator.

2.3 Tool table The Bohemia 501 kit is supplied with two types of tables - with upper and lower hoses

2.3.1 Tool table with bottom hose guidance

All instruments, including all regulatory elements of the tool are available after removing the tool from the hose bracket to the working position.

Control of tools: • Turbine

Running - foot switch after removing the tool from the hose bracket to the working position. The volume of water for cooling the bur - controller on the bottom panel stand. Turn right amount of water decreases. This controller can shut off the water to the turbine. In case of the turbine with the lighting, the lighting is switched on after starting the turbine footswitch.

After switching off the turbine lighting is switched on for 5 seconds. Lubrication - to ensure proper operation and long life of the turbine, the turbine must be lubricated regularly.

Lubrication should be carried out regularly, usually after 20 minutes of operation. Micromotor

Running - foot switch after removing the tool from the hose bracket to the working position.

The volume of water for cooling the bur - controller on the bottom panel stand. Turn right amount of water decreases. This controller can shut off the water to the micromotor handpiece.

Micromotor speed control - control panel on the side table. Turn clockwise to increase speed.

Change of the micromotor speed (reverse) - switch on the side panel of the table. In case of micromotor with lighting, the lighting switches running the micromotor footswitch. After turning off the lights on for 5 seconds.

Piezoelectric Ultrasonic Scaler (Scaler) Starting a foot switch after removing the tool from the hose bracket to the working

position. The volume of cooling water - the driver on the bottom panel of the stand. Turn right

amount of water decreases. This controller can shut off the water to scaler. Amplitude control is performed on the side stand. Other information, such as exchange tips and disinfection, see the operating

instructions removers. Curing lamp BOHEMIA kit can be fitted with any type of curing light. Detailed instructions for

control is included. The lamp will always trigger switch on the lamp body - thus it can not run footswitch.

• Syringe The syringe is controlled by two buttons on the head of the syringe. One button to

turn on the air, others water. Pressing both buttons simultaneously to create a spray.

2.4 Lighting head

Replacing the bulb: When replacing light bulbs must be cooled. used lamp: 12V 50W 1. Remove the front plastic cover and shade. 2. Replace the bulb. 3. Replace the cover and shade.

2.6 Keyboard control Keyboard dentist's table Keyboard of saliva ejector Description of function keys: Programming the "SET PROG" Used to program each chair positions, the amount of water in a cup and rinse mode spittoon. Position for sit (RESET) When you press this button, the chair shall appoint to nasedací position. When entering into get-in position will also restore data chair positions. Memory chairs operate such that the processor calculates the speed of each actuator and the stores. Due to some interference, short power outage, storm, etc., may cause inaccurate readings of engine speed and thus to incorrect raid into the program position. During each raid to get-in position is automatically reboot.

Water heating

Press this button to turn on the automatic water heater, if the heater is included in the kit (see delivery note) Activating the heater is indicated by LEDs:

Note The heater heats only water into the cup, water for the instrument is drawn from a water bottle hung on the back of the spittoon. Programming kit:

Programming chair positions The kit includes three programming groups A, B, C, each of the three programs 1,2,3. Groups can be used when changing doctors to one kit - A doctor, doctor B, C or doctor for a similar group of patients - children, small stature, great characters, etc. Programming is as follows: 1/ Set the seat to the desired position using the "positioning buttons" 2/ Press "SET PROG" - warning light 3/ Press memory "1,2,3" – pilot lamp 4/ Press "SET PROG" - goes out Calling programmed chair positions 1/ select group of "1,2,3" - warning light The chair to the desired positron Programming the amount of water in a cup 1/ Press "SET PROG" - warning light 2/ press and hold the "Filling the glass" and fill the glass to the desired amount. - - 1x tone - rinsing for 30 minutes. - - 2x tone - rinsing for 60 minutes. - - 3x tone - rinse for when the chair is in the flushing position

3/ Press "SET PROG" - goes out Security System chair: The chair is equipped control footswitch placed under the plastic cover fairing chair. 3. Maintenance, cleaning and disinfection

Air filter (particle size 25μm sieve) Air filter is part of the pressure reducing valve air in the leg chair. Before cleaning the filter cartridges need to turn off the main switch kit. The filter element can be removed by unscrewing the filter bank with a seal by unscrewing the knurled insert nut thoroughly, preferably with alcohol and then with water. Insert back into place, the nut and tighten the flask thoroughly.

Water filter (particle size 25μm sieve)

Water filter is part of the pressure-reducing valve in the water leg of the chair. Before cleaning the filter cartridges need to turn off the main power switch and set screw on the bottom of the filter bank to release into the water reservoir. The filter element can be removed by unscrewing the filter bank with a seal by unscrewing the knurled nut. Insert thoroughly, preferably with alcohol and then with water. Insert back into place, the nut and tighten the flask thoroughly.

For disinfection and sterilization can only use products and procedures

approved by the Chief Public Health Officer! Disinfecting handpieces and instruments:

This applies turbine handpieces, micromotors, direct and contra angle micromotors handpieces, syringes, scalers. Exterior of the above handpieces and instruments after each use and dry spray or wipe with disinfectant virucidal action. Alternatively sterilized in autoclaves with parameters recommended by the manufacturer handpieces and instruments.

Disinfection of surfaces kit: Surfaces that come into contact with the patient, spray or wipe with disinfectant virucidal action for each patient. These are the following facilities: Table, spittoon, suction hose incl. terminals. Immediately after each contaminated surfaces contaminated with biological material, especially blood, spray or wipe with disinfectant virucidal action. Disinfection of extraction equipment: After each treatment, rinse the suction device ingestion of cold water with attached suction nozzle.
