Bus transfer: UPMC will organise a bus transfer: the bus will leave UPMC (4 place Jussieu 75005 Paris) on Wednesday 1st Feb. at 18:45 - and will leave the conference center on Friday at 13:00 (arrival in Paris between 14:00 and 14:30 at "Saint-Michel" RER B station so you can take a RER train to the airports (Orly or Roissy).

Ø Itinerary from Roissy-Charles de Gaulle to UPMC (around 50 minutes)

Take the RER B at station "Aéroport Charles de Gaulle 1" (terminal 1 and T3) or "Aéroport Charles de Gaulle 2 – TGV" (terminal 2 and F), in direction of "Massy Palaiseau", "Robinson" or "St Rémy les Chevreuses". Stop at "Saint-Michel Notre-Dame" station. Then, take the metro 10 in direction of "Gare dʼAusterlitz". Stop at "Jussieu" station and walk to the UPMC premises.

Ø Itinerary from Orly to UPMC (around 50 minutes)

Take the Orlyval and descend at terminus "Antony". Then, take the RER B in direction of "Aéroport Charles de Gaulle” or “Mitry-Claye” and stop at “Saint-Michel Notre-Dame”. Then, take the metro 10 in direction of “Gare dʼAusterlitz” Stop at “Jussieu” station and walk to the UPMC premises.

Public transportation in Paris Information telephone center: +33 8 92 69 32 46 In Paris, you can take metro, bus, RER (train) and tramway. You absolutely need a ticket to travel in public transportation. It is called T+ ticket and enables the customers to travel on the whole of the metro, the RER within Paris, the RATP buses in Paris and the suburbs (except for lines with special fares, as shuttles from airports). You can also make connections on the metro and the RER within Paris and bus/bus or bus/tram connections. After validating it every time you board a bus or tram, you have an hour and a half between the first validation and the last validation to make one or more connections. You can buy just a ticket (1,70€) or a carnet (10 tickets – 12,50€) from the tickets machines of the metro and RER stations, from the sales windows in certain bus terminuses, from shops approved by the RATP (mainly tobacconists) and from tickets machines in the stations.
