Data Store provides a centralized way to organize, store, search and retrieve all files, including the data, methods, sequences and reports, produced by as many as fifteen OpenLAB CDS supported instruments. As a result, data and documents are easy to find and can be readily shared.

When OpenLAB CDS files are uploaded to Data Store, the software automatically extracts and indexes relevant information, such as sample name, peak name, and operator, to expedite future data retrieval. Through easy-to-use templates and automation, Sample Submission streamlines key laboratory tasks–from workload scheduling, to review and final sign off. A laboratory manager’s request for sample analysis automatically appears in the selected analyst’s email where it is reviewed, accepted and launched. Notification of analysis completion is likewise automatic, at which point the results are automatically generated for review and stored in the Data Store. Peer review requests and final-sign off are electronic with email notification.

Integrated with OpenLAB CDS

Sample Submission is fully integrated with OpenLAB CDS. Sequences can be prepared and then exported to the CDS when the run is submitted. For review, the software automatically locates the CDS results and displays the peak table, chromatograms and reference data for comparison.
