1.2 The Conflict of Interest, Code of Ethics and Antitrust policies were reviewed.

1.3 Approval of Previous Meeting Minutes

Motion made by Frank McManus and seconded by Scott Iby to approve the minutes from the previous meeting. Motion passed, and the minutes from the October 2016 NMC Meeting were approved as written.

2.0 AWARDS & ANNOUNCEMENTS

2.1 The following appreciation awards were presented:

For developing and executing practical training on Additive Manufacturing to the welding auditors:

o Jerry Hulin – GKN Aerospaceo Vukile Dumani – GKN Aerospace

In recognition of service as Task Group Chairperson:

o Paul Woolley (Rolls-Royce) – Nonconventional Machining & Surface Enhancement (NMSE)

2.2 Jeff Lott confirmed Michael Schmidt (GE Aviation) as the new NMSE Task Group Chairperson.

2.3 Joe Pinto presented Jeff Lott with a Leadership Award for his service as NMC Chairperson. This will be Jeff’s last meeting as Chair and PRI and the NMC appreciate all of his efforts and leadership during his term as Chair. It was also noted that the PRI Board of Directors will be reviewing and confirming the new Chair and Vice Chair at their next meeting in March 2017. Richard Blyth (Rolls-Royce) will become the NMC Chairperson and Frank McManus will become the NMC Vice Chairperson following Board confirmation.

The next meeting will be held June 5-8, 2017, in Berlin, Germany at the Estrel Hotel & Convention Centre.
