Patents are protection for inventions or new and improved products that can be made in industry. Lasts for 20 years Copyright protects the use of literary or artistic material. This includes songs, software, multimedia and films. Lasts 70 years after creators death unless its a sound recording etc which lasts 50 years.

Having a good recruitment and selection procedure will help the business recruit the right people into the organisation. If the business can do this there is more chance that they will be successful, more efficient, satisfy customers and create more profit.

If an office is clean and in good order the employees may well feel more motivated. A well kept building may well reduce accidents.
