Subject: Queen’s Eng Phys student seeking your advice
Dear Mr. Nimen,
My name is Julia Blackstock and I am a graduate student at Queen’s University in _________. I found your profile when I was researching innovative start-ups by graduates in Linkedin.com. May I have 20 minutes of your time to ask you about your experiences at Boxit? I am exploring careers in business and your insights would be very helpful.
I know that this may be a busy time for you, so if we are unable to connect by email I’ll try to reach you again next week to see whether that is more convenient.
Thank you for your time,
Julia Blackstock | 6 1 3 . 1 2 3 . 4 5 6 7

A SummaryI currently work in Residence Life at the University of Guelph. Prior to this, I worked in ResLife at the University of British Columbia. I completed my undergraduate degrees in Economics and Biochemistry at Queen's University.
Born in India, raised in Saudi Arabia and Canada, I never know how to tell someone where I'm actually from.
I am incredibly fond of policy debates, working in residence life, helping to make a difference that I can feel, and critically thinking about ways to improve impact and efficiency for our systems.
In my spare time, I like to read, explore the places around me, and spend time with my family.
I can be reached at [email protected]
