What is this Cloud thing?
"e cloud, for practical discussion, is essentially a distribution mechanism for functionality, based on service
In general, consider it at 3 levels Infrastructure as a Service (IAAS), the servers,
networks, etc
Platform as a Service (PAAS), apps and/or developer tools on the IAAS
So#ware as a Service (SAAS), the ultimate delivery to the user.
While nothing new, this is powered by massive interconnectivity and a new class of devices

Accessibility Security Ownership
Regulations and standards are arising but All of these issues are global. Proof of compliance is not trivial (or even possible)
