Trainers of workshop

Auksė Šiaudžionytė – have Master degree in business management, found herself in marketing area. She has been working in this area for more that 6 years. Aukse is working with many famous brands in Lithuania. She is also active participant of youth NGO and is a member of honor of Utena city.

Mindaugas Busila – Managing director of oldest and biggest Startup competition “Verslauk”. He has more then 7 years experience in fund raising, organizes social campaigns to empower social entrepreneurship.

Mindaugas was granted for US embassy program “International visitor leadership program” where he met made contacts with US women organizations such as Mercy Corps and he got lot of experience how US NGO’s operate effectively. This good experience will be transferred in the 1st part of the training.

Ieva Vaičiūnaitė – marketing expert, marketing director at Všį „Geros valios projektai“,responsible for development of webpage aukok.lt – first webpage for donation in Lithuania.

Main themes of workshop

3 days, 24 academic hours:

1 day.Marketing for NGO’s;

2 day.Public relations and social networking for NGO’s;

3 day. How you can raise funds from private sector.

Your role as sponsor and trainer on good practise examples from USA We invite one of two members from the Embassy of

USA to participate in the trainings;

To make short (up to 30 minutes) presentation on “How women NGO operate in USA” (statistics about women NGO in USA, most successful awareness raising campaigns on VAW and gender equality issues, where most women NGO’s get funding from and other subjects of your choice);

Present this presentation on day 3 of the training on 17th January (we suggest from 9 a.m to 9.30 a.m).
