The Global Service Line Manager for IT Infrastructure and Utility Services is responsible for supervising, planning and steering a service line within the area of Data Center operations. Role is supporting Henkel and its Data Center service provider in providing excellent technical and nontechnical services, aiming to achieve a high level of customer service quality, user satisfaction and timeliness of services within a given IT budget. He is working closely with end users in Henkel‘s business units and functions as well as internal IT colleagues and external IT service provider staff.
