PhysAssist Scribes was established in Fort Worth, Texas in 1995 we are dedicated to improving the personal and professional lives of current and future healthcare providers. PhysAssist Scribes are pre-health students looking to gain invaluable clinical experience by working along side our physician partners in the emergency department. By scribes off loading the burden of documentation, it allows physicians to focus on what they do best – taking care of the patient. Our professional, well-trained, highly motivated scribes complete documentation on the medical record at the direction of the physician and improve the efficiency and flow of the emergency department, clinic, or hospital floor. We are located in Fort Worth, Texas, the birthplace of professional scribe services. After starting our first program in 1995 at Texas Health Fort Worth Hospital, PhysAssist Scribes has grown to become one of the top national scribe service providers in the country. Through our dedication to healthcare professionals and to the hospitals, patients, and communities they serve, PhysAssist Scribes has earned a reputation from our clients for our professionalism, responsive customer service, and proven results.
