In just three days, the configuration of the electoral environment was executed, including the credentials delivery system, translate dthe content in three languages and instructional videos. Besides, a 48 hours margin was provided to the OGP in order to realize variations on the base configuration. The Open Government Partnership (OGP) is the main reference worldwide in terms of Open Government. Open Government Partnership brings together Governments and civil society leaders to develop action plans that create more inclusive, responsive and accountable countries. Every year, the different Governments vote to elect the government representatives for the Steering Comittee. They are the executive decision-making body of the OGP, whose main role is to develop, promote and safeguard the values, principles and interests of the Partnership. The election lastedfor three weeks through a voting system in which the participants could classify the candidates in order of preference, from 1 to 5 (1 for the highest preference and 5 for the least preference). 03 Conclusions
The participation rate of these elections to the OGP
Steering Committee obtained a splendid 73%. Thanks
to the Civiciti tool, all the members could securely vote
from any device with an Internet connection.
In addition, Civiciti guaranteed the safety through the

sake of the greater transparency and verifiability, a
vote receipt was automatically sent to all the voters to
