HRA balances
• HRAs (Health Reimbursement accounts) were associated with Options Blue Plan 2005-2014
• There was no funding to HRAs in 2015, and the plan will close December 31, 2015
• The IRS does not allow for HRA funds to be converted to HSA funds

College contributions must be counted toward this maximum

HSA’s and Federal Guidelines
• If you or a spouse currently have Medicare Part A• If you have children on your plan that you can no
longer claim as dependents• If you have a domestic partner on the plan• No cross over option for HSA payment• Funds are only available if in the account• Age 55 Catch Up for HSAs ($1,000 in 2016)

Open Enrollment 2016
• Open Enrollment will be Wednesday, October 28 through Tuesday, November 24.
• If you do not want to make changes and are not participating in an FSA, DCA, or HSA you do not need to log on.
• FSA, DCA, and HSA elections must be made each year.
