to initial findings and survey fine-
tuning (reported here);
Phase 2: Disseminating the fine-
tuned online survey to a wider
audience across India;
Phase 3 (conducted simultaneously
with Phase 2): Distributing hard
copies of the Phase 2 survey across
India;
Phase 4: Data analysis and follow-
up interviews.
