THE OPAL RANGE COMPLIES WITH ALL CRITERIA FOR PROFESSIONAL USECopolyester cannot withstand temperatures of over 100°C (deformation), shows signs of damage after 500 cycles in an industrial dishwasher and scratches from the very first use.
Melamine cannot withstand temperatures of over 120°C (turns brown) and should not be used in a microwave oven.
