Today is extra special because we have the opportunity to hear the Lamb family in concert. e Lamb family considers themselves to be an ordinary family with extraordinary opportunities. I think that they not only have extraordinary opportunities but they have supernatural power from the Lord. ey are a family that loves the Lord, each other, and the world by what they are and with what they do. eir motto is “may Christ be heard in our music and seen in our lives.” In other words it is not just a show, but a family lifestyle that can be used by God to make a difference. I for one am looking forward to this amazing, talented, incredible, unbelievable family coming tonight to share their professional talent with gigantic heart! eir newest CD “Psalterium,” is centered on the incredible ability of the four siblings playing violins. When mom and dad were first married they were told that they could never have children; now there are four. e Lamb family will touch your heart, encourage you, and help to strengthen your family. Senior Adult Luncheon - ursday, August 6 – 11:30 a.m. - After a delicious meal, this month’s Senior Adult program will be presented by Mr. Robert Stroud, a staff attorney with Legal Services Alabama who specializes in Elder Law. He will share and discuss legal matters that are of interest to senior adults. e cost is $5 per person and reservations should be made by noon on Tuesday, August 4.
