GENERAL INFORMATION

1. Centralized admissions to all Government and Private Ayurved/Unani/Homoeopathy/ Naturopathy and

Yoga colleges (Including Constituent Colleges of Private Universities) as per rules in Rajasthan for the

session 2019-20 shall be made for 85% state quota seats and NRI seats in the following courses by the

Admission counselling board constituted by the State Government :-

Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery (BAMS)-

The duration of BAMS course is 4½ years followed by compulsory internship of 1 Yr.

Bachelor of Unani Medicine & Surgery (BUMS)-

The duration of BUMS course is 4½ years followed by compulsory internship of 1 Yr.

Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine & Surgery (BHMS) -

The duration of BHMS course is 4½ years followed by compulsory internship of 1 Yr.

Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Science (BNYS)

The duration of BNYS course is 4½ years followed by compulsory internship of 1 Yr.

` BAMS/BUMS/BHMS/BNYS-2019 counselling will be conducted by UG/PG AYUSH

Counselling Admission Board, Jodhpur, Rajasthan as per notification mentioned in the

information bulletin of NEET UG-2019 issued by NTA at point no .5 of Chapter no -7 that “use of

result of NEET (UG)-2019 by other organizations. The result of the NEET (UG) may be utilized by other

entities of Central/State Governments for admission purpose in accordance with their rules” for

admissions in all Government and Private BAMS/BUMS/BHMS/BNYS colleges in Rajasthan as per the

rules and regulations laid down by Central Council of Indian Medicine, Central Council of Homoeopathy

and directions from the Central Govt. and State Govt. and other concerned agencies.

The NEET score along with some relevant data have been received from the Conducting

agency National Testing Agency (NTA) for NEET- 2019 by UG PG AYUSH Counselling Board,

Rajasthan.

During the counselling process, the eligibility criteria and relevant documents of the candidates

shall be verified and BAMS/BUMS/BHMS/BNYS Colleges shall be allotted to the eligible

candidates according to their merit and availability of the seats as per the reservation policy of the

state and central government.

REGISTRATION FEE

All candidates are required to deposit non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 2000/- (Rs. 1200/-

for SC, ST, ST-STA category candidate of Rajasthan state domicile) through Internet banking /

Debit card / Credit card or at any E-Mitra (authorized by the Government of Rajasthan). Candidates

are advised to select “Rajasthan NEET AYUSH Counselling-2019” if they fill registration form at

E-mitra Kiosk

The registration fee is neither refundable, nor transferable and nor adjustable for any future State

UG admissions. Any plea in this matter shall not be entertained.

Please keep the information submitted in application form confidential and do not share with

anybody. If you don‟t register yourself during registration period, you will not be included in

the counselling process. Please also note that registration will be available once only.

3. (A)AGE LIMIT

a. Minimum 17 years on or before 31st December 2019 for BAMS/BUMS/BHMS/BNYS.

b. Not more than of twenty-five years (25Years) on or before the 31st December 2019 of the

year of admission in the first year of the course.

C. There will be relaxation of 5 years in the upper age limit for SC, ST, ST-STA, OBC, MBC and

3 (B) OTHER ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

All candidates are hereby informed that candidates of Rajasthan domicile only are

eligible for admission in B.A.M.S Course through this counselling board.

As per Order No. F.25(9) Ayu/2003 Jaipur, Dated 20.06.2017 of Ayurved department

Govt. of Rajasthan and Order No DSRRAU/Pravesh/17/258 Date 14.07.2017 of Dr S R

Rajasthan Ayurved University, Jodhpur, eligible candidate from all over India apart from

the domicile of Rajasthan are eligible for admission in BUMS/BHMS and BNYS courses

but the preference shall be given to the candidates of Rajasthan origin and if seats remain

vacant after that, the same shall be filled by candidates from outside Rajasthan.

FOLLOWING ARE THE CRITERIA TO DECIDE RAJASTHAN DOMICILE

I. Natural father/Mother of the candidate has continuously resided in Rajasthan for period

of last 10 years and the candidate has studied for at least 5 years during this period in a

recognized educational institution in Rajasthan, or

II. All those students who are Domicile residents of Rajasthan but are studying in other

states will also be eligible for the allotment process, or

III. The candidate is son/daughter of serving or retired (i) Employee of Government of

Rajasthan (ii) Officer of All Indian Services borne on State Cadres of Rajasthan and has

served for more than 3 years with State Government, or

IV. The candidate is son/daughter of serving or retired, permanent employee of Govt.

Undertaking / Corporation / Improvement Trust / Municipal Bodies / Council / Panchayat

Samiti / Co-operative bodies, duly constituted by the Government of Rajasthan by an act

of Law who has put in at least 3 years of service on the last date of submission of the on-

line application form in the year of admission, or

V. The candidate is son/daughter of serving/retired, permanent employee of any of the State

University or Secondary Board of Education (Rajasthan) provided that employee has

worked in Rajasthan for 3 years preceding the last date of submission of the on-line

application form, or

VI. Candidate is a natural son/daughter of a Serving/Retired permanent employee of Indian

Defense and the employee is of Rajasthan origin irrespective of his place of posting.

Provided that in case of Defense Personnel from Rajasthan origin, a certificate has to be

submitted by them from the employer to the effect that his state of origin is Rajasthan at

the time of his entry into service. Eligible candidates of this category shall be admitted as

per laid down criteria of priority cum merit of the Rajasthan UG AYUSH Admissions -

2019, or

VII. Candidate is a natural son/daughter of a Serving permanent employee of Indian Defense

and the employee is posted in Rajasthan at the time of last date of submission of the

online application form for admission, or

VIII. Candidate is a son/daughter of serving/Retired person of Para-Military Forces of India

and the employee is of Rajasthan origin, irrespective of his place of posting. Provided

that in case of Para-Military personal from the Rajasthan origin, a certificate (certificate

Proforma 3) has to be submitted by them from the employer to the effect that his state of

origin is Rajasthan at the time of his entry into service, or

IX. Candidate is a son/daughter of serving person of Para-Military Forces of India and the

employee is posted in Rajasthan at the time of last date of submission of the on-line

application form for admission (certificate Proforma 4), or

X. Candidate is a son/daughter of a Judge of Rajasthan High Court subject to the condition

that he/she submits an undertaking/affidavit stating that such benefit is not being or

availed by them in any other State,

(Candidates falling in above clauses I to X are eligible for all types of Seats, i.e. State/Management/NRI)

XI. None of the above (eligible for NRI quota seats only)

(Candidates selecting clause XI "None of the above'' will be considered

ONLY for allotment against NRI quota seats). Please see the individual Institution’s website regarding fees and other eligibility criteria.

XII. The candidates are required to undergo medical examination before he is allowed to join a

college after counselling.

4. RESERVATION

Kinds of seats and Reservations:

a. 15% of the total seats in Govt. Colleges and private AYUSH colleges to be filled

up on all India basis conducted by AACCC.

(Ref: - 1611/04/2018-EP (IM) PART-1 dated 12.04.2019 ministry of AYUSH, Govt. of India)

b. Out of Total Seats in MMM Govt. Ayurvedic College, Udaipur 2 Seats are reserved or

the “nominees” of deficient State/UT candidates (1 for Tripura and 1 for Andaman &

Nicobar Islands) as per Ministry of AYUSH, Govt. of India directions.

(Wide latter no F.NO.R 13040/31/2018-HD (Tech) UG, Dated 26.06.2018)

c. 15 % of the total Seats are reserved for NRI Quota in all Private AYUSH Colleges.

d. The remaining seats shall be treated as the State Seats and will be filled up on merit cum-

preference in Rajasthan AYUSH Admissions 2019 with following reservations: -

(Reservations on state level seats shall be as per existing orders of Government of Rajasthan as

below)

(i) 16% seats, after excluding the seats of sub- clause (a), (b) &(c) above are reserved for natural born (not adopted) candidate belonging to Scheduled Caste as notified in the Presidential Order for the State of Rajasthan and who fulfill other relevant conditions. Not less than 25% out of the above reserved seats shall be filled from girl candidates belonging to Schedule Caste.

(ii) 12% seats, after excluding the seats of sub-clauses (a), (b) &(c) above are reserved for natural born (not adopted) candidates belonging to Scheduled Tribe as notified in the Presidential Order for the State of Rajasthan and who fulfill other relevant conditions. Not less than 25% out of the above reserved seats shall be filled from girl candidates belonging to Schedule Tribe;

45% of total ST seats are to be for ST candidates who are Domicile residents of scheduled area (tribal area);

not less than 25% out of these seats shall be filled from girl candidates belonging to Scheduled area (tribal area)

(iii) 21% seats, after excluding the seats of sub-clauses (a), (b) &(c) above are reserved for those belonging to Other Backward Classes NCL (OBC NCL) of the State of Rajasthan and who fulfill other relevant conditions. Not less than 25%, out of the above reserved seats shall be filled from girl candidates belonging to Other Backward Classes. Candidate must submit OBC(NCL) Certificate

for Rajasthan State issued by competent authority of Rajasthan (issued on or after 05.06.2018

and clearly indicating „Non Creamy Layer‟).

(iv) 5% seats, after excluding the seats of sub-clauses (a), (b) &(c) above are reserved for those belonging to More Backward Classes NCL (MBC NCL) of the State of Rajasthan and who fulfill

other relevant conditions. Not less than 25%, out of the above reserved seats shall be filled from girl candidates belonging to More Backward Classes. Candidate must submit MBC OBC(NCL)

Certificate for Rajasthan State issued by competent authority of Rajasthan (issued on or after

05.06.2018 and clearly indicating „Non Creamy Layer‟).

(iv) Subject to the approval of Ministry of AYUSH and Govt. of India, 10% seats, after excluding the seats of sub-clauses (a), (b) & (c) above are reserved for those belonging to Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) of the State of Rajasthan and who fulfill other relevant conditions. Not less than 25%, out of the above reserved seats shall be filled from girl candidates belonging to EWS. Candidate must

submit EWS Certificate for Rajasthan State issued by competent authority of Rajasthan.

e. (Reservation policy for Defence & Para Military Personnel)

(I) 1% seats (in Government colleges) after excluding the seats of sub clauses (a), (b) &(c) are reserved on priority cum merit for the natural born (not adopted) sons/daughters of Defence

personnel (serving / retired) of Rajasthan Origin, and para military personnel (serving / retired) of Rajasthan origin, horizontally. 50% out of these reserved seats shall be reserved for girls, unfilled seats will be reverted back to boys category.

As per the Kendriya Sainik Kalyan Board, the defence seat is admissible for only one member

of the family. Only wards of Defence Personnel from Army, Air Force & Navy from serial 1 to 9

below are eligible for the scheme.

As per Order No. 6(1)/2017/D(Res.II), dated 30.11.2017, of Govt. of India, priority order for

Defence personnel of Rajasthan origin, will be as follows:-

1. Widows/Wards of Defence Personnel killed in action. (Certificate Proforma 1 and 2A)

2. Wards of those Disabled in action and boarded out from service (Certificate Proforma 1 and

2A)

3. Widows/Wards of those defence personnel who died while in service with death attributable to

military service (Certificate Proforma 1 and 2A)

4. Wards of those Disabled in service and boarded out with disability attributable to military

service. (Certificate Proforma 1 and 2A)

5. Wards of ex-service men and serving personnel who are in receipt of Gallantry Award. (Certificate Proforma 2C)

6. Wards of ex-service men. (Certificate Proforma 2B)

7. Wives of (i) defence personnel killed in action and boarded out from service (ii) defence personnel disabled in service and boarded out with disability attributable to

military services (iii) ex-servicemen and serving personnel who are in receipt of

Gallantry Award

8. Wards of serving personnel

9. Wives of serving personnel

As per the Kendriya Sainik Kalyan Board, the para-military seat is admissible for only one member of the

family. Only wards of Para-military personnel from serial 1 to 6 below are eligible for the scheme.

(II) Priority order for Para-military personnel of Rajasthan origin, in consultation with

Director, State Soldier Welfare Board Rajasthan, will be as follows:-

1. Widows/ Wards of defence personnel killed in action (Certificate Proforma 1 and 2A)

2. Wards of personnel disabled in action and boarded out from service (Certificate Proforma 1

and 2A)

3. Widows/ Wards of defence personnel who died while in service with death attributable to military services. (Certificate Proforma 1 and 2A)

4. Wards of those disabled in service and boarded out with disability attributable to military

services (Certificate Proforma 1 and 2A)

5. Wards of Ex-servicemen and serving personnel who are in receipt of Gallantry Award (Certificate Proforma 2B and 2C)

6. Wards of Ex-servicemen (Certificate Proforma 2B)

f. PH rules for admission in State Govt. & Pvt. Colleges)

5% seats out of each category of 16% (SC), 12% (ST), 21% (OBC), 5% (MBC) 10%

EWS (Only in govt. Colleges) and remaining General category shall be further reserved on Merit-

cum-Priority in each category horizontally for candidates with specified disabilities (PwD) under

the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, For the purposes of this clause, the "Specified

Disability" contained in the Schedule to the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016(49 of

2016) is specified in Appendix 'A' and the eligibility of candidates to pursue a course in Indian

systems of medicine with specified disability shall be in accordance with the guidelines specified

in Appendix 'B', and if the seats reserved for the persons with disabilities in a particular category

remain unfilled on account of unavailability of candidates, the seats shall be included in the

annual sanctioned seats for the respective category.".

For BUMS course--- NEET shall not applicable to Pre-Tib Candidates and 10% seats shall be

reserved for Pri-Tib Candidates (Ref: - The Gazette of India No 480 Dated December 10th

2018)

The unfilled reserved seat(s) of any category shall be filled from the candidates of

General Category who fulfill prescribed conditions.

g. No reservation will apply on NRI seats of all private AYUSH colleges.

For admission under NRI Quota in AYUSH courses in the colleges in the State of Rajasthan,

priority shall be given to the NRI with ancestral background of the State of Rajasthan by own/parents/Grandparents resided in State of Rajasthan at least for a period of 5 years at any time. The proof of residence will also be applicable for the consideration priority for NRI Quota,

for which document (Electricity/ Water bill/ Documents of immovable property/ Indian Passport/ Ration Card/ Voter ID/ Aadhaar Card etc.) to the effect for this criteria is required to be submitted by ward of NRI (including PIO/ OCI).

Firstly allotments of NRI Quota seats shall be allotted to candidate having ancestral

background of the State of Rajasthan by own/parents/Grandparents resided in State of Rajasthan at least for a period of 5 years. Later on remaining Vacant NRI seats will be allotted/ filled by the candidates of NRI belonging to other states.

For PIO / OCI: Overseas Citizens of India (OCI), Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) are allowed for admission under NRI Quota.

NRI Seats Admission Procedure

Out of total Seats in the private colleges, 15% seats shall be NRI seats. These will be filled

as per rules and directions.

GUIDELINES FOR NRI CANDIDATES

As per Order No. F.5(968)DME/LC/2018/1997 dated 29.04.2019 of Government of Rajasthan,

(Annexure-2), following will be the guidelines applicable for the admission in Under Graduate/Post

Graduate, AYUSH courses under NRI quota in all Private and Government institutions of the State:

1. At Least one of the parents of students should be an NRI and shall ordinarily be residing

abroad as an NRI or

2. The person who sponsors the students for admission should be a first-degree relation of

the students (i.e. real Brother / real Sister) and should be ordinary residing abroad as an

NRI; or

3. If the Student has no parents of near relatives or taken as a ward by some other nearest

relative such students also may be considered for admission provide the guardian has

Domicile treated the student as a ward. For this following nearest relative (NRI) of

candidate can only be considered: i) Real brother and sister of father i.e. real uncle and real aunt. ii) Real brother and sister of mother i.e. real maternal uncle and maternal aunt.

iii) Father and mother of Father i.e. grandfather and grandmother. iv) Father and mother of mother i.e. maternal grandfather and maternal grandmother. v) First degree-paternal and maternal cousins.

4. Candidate shall submit a Proof being sponsor NRI/OCI/PIO in the form of certificate

issued by the Indian embassy /Ministry of external affairs, Government of India for this

purpose. In the absence of certificate a duly notarized undertaking executed by the

sponsor and notarized by the Notary public of the foreign country where the sponsor

resides being submitted by the sponsor, it be treated as sufficient as to the factum of the

residence of the sponsor

5. An affidavit from the sponsor that he/she looks after such student and will sponsor the

entire course fee of the candidate.

6. Seats remaining vacant after exhausting NRI students would be converted in to general

seats with fee decided for NRI seats.

*Documents required for NRI Candidates (Must upload during registration)

1. Candidate shall submit a proof being sponsor NRI/OCI/PIO in the form of certificate

issued by the Indian embassy/Ministry of external affairs, Government of India for this

purpose. In the absence of that certificate a duly notarized undertaking executed by the

sponsor and notarized by the Notary Public of the foreign country where the sponsor resides

being submitted by the sponsor, it be treated as sufficient as to the factum of the residence of

the sponsor.

2. An affidavit from the sponsor that he/she looks after such student and will sponsor the

entire course fee of the candidate.

REGISTRATION / APPLICATION PROCEDURE

Before filling the on-line registration form, read the information booklet and instructions for

filling on-line registration form etc. very carefully.

If any lapse is detected during the scrutiny, your candidature will be rejected even if you come

through the final stage of admission process or even at a later stage.

Follow the steps as given in “Instructions to fill up on-line registration form” available at the

website.

Note the registration ID and password for further steps. Keep it safe.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF REPORTING FOR COUNSELLING Print and preserve 02 copies of the registration form filled on-line along with the following

documents in original and (02) two sets of self attested photocopies of the following documents

compulsorily with you:

1. One print out of registration form filled online by candidate.

2. Counselling Call Letter

3. Proof of payment of registration fee.

4. NEET 2019 Score Card and Admit card.

5. Proof Of Date of Birth: 10th class mark sheet / Birth Certificate/ certificate or any other

equivalent certificate showing the date of birth

6. Mark sheet of 10+2 (senior school/ Senior Secondary certificate examination) or its

equivalent

7. Certificate/ Document providing your eligibility (Domicile) as selected by you at the time

of filling on-line registration form as given under serial 3 (B) in the Information Booklet.

8. Copy of photo ID (driving license / PAN card / Voter ID / Govt. or PSU card / Aadhaar

9. Valid Caste certificate, sub-category certificate, if applicable. OBC / MBC Certificate should not be older than one year. (Candidate must submit OBC/MBC(NCL) Certificate for Rajasthan State issued by competent authority of Rajasthan (issued on or after 05.06.2018 and clearly indicating ‘Non Creamy Layer’).

10. Economically Weaker Section (EWS) certificate issued by competent authority if applicable.

11. Domicile certificate, if applicable duly signed by the District Magistrate/Ad. District

Magistrate/S.D.M./ Tehsildar of the concerned District is required during the counselling.

12. 2 Passport size photo same as affixed on registration form

13. PH certificate, if applicable

14. Defence and Paramilitary person certificates, if applicable

15. Counselling fee Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) in the form of D.D. in

Favour of Chairman AYUSH UG Admission Counselling Board, Rajasthan. Payable at

Jodhpur must be submitted at the time of Counselling. After allotment of college,

Counselling Fee will not be returned in any circumstances. This fee will be a part of tuition

fee of a candidate who joins his college later on.

16. Any other relevant certificate(s) if any.

Candidates will be required to submit this print copy of the registration form (duly completed in all

respects) at the time of Counselling, failing which their candidature shall be rejected. They will be

disqualified without any further correspondence. In case you have any difficulty while filling on-line registration form, send email to Helpline at

You should make sure of your eligibility etc. and that the declaration made by you in the format of

application regarding your eligibility is correct in all respects. You will be liable to any legal action

and / or punishment as may be deemed fit by the Admission Board in case it is found that you have

furnished in-correct information or made false declaration regarding your eligibility at any stage or

suppressed any information.

The jurisdiction for legal cases arising out of BAMS/BUMS/BHMS/BNYS Admissions 2019 shall

be limited to the High Court of Rajasthan, Jodhpur only.

The decision of the Admission Board in all aspects and all respects pertaining to the application

and its acceptance or rejection as the case may be, conduct of counselling and at all consequent

stages culminating in the admission or otherwise of any candidate shall be final in all respects and

binding on all concerned.

The admission board reserves its right to alter and modify time and conditions laid down in the

notification, information booklet for conducting the various stages up to the admission, duly

intimating details thereof on the website, as warranted by any unforeseen circumstances arising

during the course of this process, or as deemed necessary by the admission board at any stage.

ALLOTMENT OF SEATS THROUGH COUNSELLING PROCESS

Selection of Students

The Ist, IInd & Mop up counselling process will be done OFFLINE at the office of Chairman,

UG/PG AYUSH Counselling Board at

Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Rajasthan Ayurved University, Karwar, Nagaur Road,

Jodhpur.

Allotment of seats through counselling process of all successful and registered candidates

through NEET-2019 result shall be conducted for all the candidates who appeared in NEET- 2019,

strictly in accordance with the merit list prepared on the basis of All India Merit in NEET-2019.

The selected candidates must carry all requisite certificates / documents in original along with

(2) two sets of self-attested copies of the same for verification, at the time of reporting to

Counselling Board along with demand draft of the counselling fees of Rs. 20000/- (Rs. Twenty

Thousand only) in favor of Chairman AYUSH UG Admission Counselling Board, Rajasthan

payable at Jodhpur to be submitted to Counselling Board, failing which their admission shall stand

cancelled.

Candidates once allotted seat and college in 1st Round, must deposit their remaining full fee for

the session 2019-20 in their respective colleges with in stipulated period of time. Only then they

will be eligible for reshuffling in 2nd

round if they desire so to change college/course. Seats allotted

to the candidates up to the 2nd round will be considered as final and there will be no chance for

them to participate for further round of counselling.

Those who applied but were not allotted a seat in first round as well as second round will be

considered for mop-up round of counselling (without fresh application form i.e. need not fill the

application form again).

All the candidates are further informed that as per Hon’ble supreme Court directions in Writ

Petition No. 267/2017 DAR-Us-SLAM Education Trust & Ors Vs MCI & Ors, candidate who has

joined through admission in All India Quota seats (15%) / All Deemed University after Round 2 of

NEET UG AIQ seats will not be allowed to participate in Round 2 of State Counselling.

A candidate without Original certificates / documents shall not be allowed to take admission at

the allotted college under any circumstances. A candidate who has already been admitted in UG

course and has deposited his / her certificates in any college/ institute / university and comes for

counselling (allotment process) with a certificate stating that “his/her original certificates are

deposited with the another college / institute / university, will also be allowed to take admission at

the allotted college subject to production of ORIGINAL certificate issued by concerned

Counselling Board / Head of the institution to this Counselling Board during his/her counselling,

stating that the original documents of the candidate are deposited with them.

The colleges shall be provided the list of provisionally allotted candidates. They shall verify the

credentials of reporting candidates as per the list.

The admission shall be treated as provisional subject to the final decision of any pending case(s)

in any court of law, if applicable to these admissions. Further, the provisional status of admission

shall stand cleared only after enrolment by the concerned University.

If any new AYUSH college is permitted to join counselling during the ongoing counselling

process for next round, preference will be given to the merit order of all registered candidates.

Candidates are advised to visit counselling board website and daily news papers time to time for

information of dates and other informations for conducting various rounds of counselling.

After mop-up round, once the AACCC NEET merit list is exhausted and vacant seats thereof are

transferred to Counselling Board Rajasthan, the admissions on residual vacant seats will be done on

filling application form with NEET UG/PG AYUSH Counselling Board Rajasthan in Stray

Vacancy Round if needed.

REPORTING TO COLLEGE AFTER COUNSELLING/JOINING TIME

Each candidate shall be given the time as mentioned in the allotment letter to join the allotted

college and course. There is no provision of extension for joining date under any circumstances.

The allotment made will be firm and final. Change of college/course from one place to another is

not permitted except reshuffling during 2nd

round of counselling. Therefore, request for the same

would not be entertained by the Counselling Board.

A candidate shall have to deposit the remaining full fee of the college for the session 2019-20,

where he/she is admitted within the notified time after the counselling. Only after depositing this

fee, the college shall confirm the admission. Only after the confirmation of admission the

counselling fee shall be adjusted with the college fees by the concerned college.

IMPORTANT

The candidates who do not join the allotted college will be treated as fresh candidate in the

subsequent round of counselling. While reporting for admission, please carry all the relevant certificates/documents.

Candidates who have been admitted must join their classes on the date notified by concerned

universities after admission.

Admission will be cancelled if the selected candidates do not report to the allotted college and

deposit fees up to the stipulated period.

IMPERSONATION

1. If at any stage, it is found that any candidate has indulged in any case of impersonation i.e. not

matching the photograph/signature/documents of the candidate etc. he/she will be handed over to

the Police and the cases will be dealt as per the Indian Penal Code in this matter and if required, the

cases will be handed over to Police for further investigation.

Such candidates will be debarred permanently from taking BAMS/BUMS/BHMS/BNYS

Admissions in Future.

2. The apex court drew guidelines for the management of all educational institutions to follow.

Among them:

Educational institutions should take anti-ragging measures right from the time of advertisement for

admissions. The prospectus, the form for admission and/or any other literature issued to aspirants

for admission must clearly mention that ragging is banned in the institution and anyone indulging in

it is likely to be punished appropriately which may include expulsion from the institution,

suspension from the institution or classes for a limited period or fine with a public apology.

The punishment may also take the shape of: (i) withholding scholarships or other benefits (ii)

debarring from representation in events (iii) with holding results (iv) suspension or expulsion from

hostel or mess. If there be any legislation governing ragging or any provisions in statute/ordinance,

it should be brought to the notice of the students/parents seeking admissions. A printed leaflet

detailing when and to whom a victim may turn for information, help and guidance for various

purposes, keeping in view the needs of new entrants, along with their addresses and telephone

numbers should be given to fresher at the time of admissions so that they need not to look to seniors

for help in such matters.

3. If, for reasons to be recorded in writing, the Admission Board suspects that a particular candidate

has obtained a certificate by misrepresenting facts, the matter will be referred to the concerned

D.M. On receipt of the enquiry report, the Admission Board shall take the final decision regarding

the admission of the Candidate.

Salient points to be taken care of:

1. The candidate must upload his/her recent color photographs during online registration.

2. Each candidate must clearly mention the category/ Sub-category of reservation if desired by

him/her.

3. The candidates of any category of Gen/SC/ST/ST-STA/OBC/MBC/EWS/Paramilitary/Defence

and if applying for additional reservation as Physically Handicapped should mention this

information on space provided for that and related certificate issued by the competent authority,

should be provided at the time of counselling. Category and sub/special category once filled in

online registration by the candidate will not be allowed to change in any circumstances during

counselling.

4. Any candidate, once allowed appearing at NEET (UG)- 2019 does not become directly eligible

for admission to Ayurveda, Homoeopathy and Unani and Yoga & Naturopathy courses. The

eligibility of successful candidates for admission in any category (General or Reserved) shall be

finally ascertained at the time of admission. The decision of the Admission Board for the

eligibility shall be final.

5. If a candidate remains absent during any counselling he/she will be given 2nd chance only if any

counselling is arranged for vacant seats after exhausting the complete merit list. All such

candidates will be again called according to revised merit list.
