other jurisdictions but who have not qualified for admission

to the bar of Alaska t".Jill receive $16, 500. 00 per year and

non-lawyer judges will be entitled to the minimum of $15.soo.oo

annually provided, however, that the salary of an incumbent

shall not be diminished.
