The agendawill be available at least twenty-four (24)hours prior to the meeting from the LincolnCounty Manager's Oftice located in theLincoln County Courthouse, Carrizozo.New Mt.'xlco.

2.) Special meetings of the LincolnCounty Bourd of Commissioners may becalled by the Chairman or a majority of themembers upon three (3) days notice. Thenotice shall include an agenda for the meet­ing or information on how members of' thepubliC may obtain a coPY of the agenda.The agenda shall be available to the publicat least Iwenty-four (24) hours before anyspecial meeting.

3.) Emergency meetings of the LincolnCounty Board of Commissioners wUI becalled only under unforseen circumstancesthat demand immediate action to protect thehealth, safety and property of citizens or toprotect tile pub I ic body from substantial fin­ancial loss.
