How to Dock a Panel

• When moving a panel, the docking helper icons appear.

• Grab the title bar of the panel and drag it to the desired docking icon. When the desired icon has been located, a blue bar will appear.

• Release the docking panel title bar and the panel now appears at the selected location.

Menu Options

• Available from Toolbars• File, Edit, View, Activities, Tools, Help• Added flexibility in navigation

Provider View• One Column per Provider

– All appointments for that provider show in one column.– If more than one provider is on an appointment, that

appointment will display in more than one column.– Translucent color shows appointment length where other

providers are attached.– Moving an appointment from one column to another changes

the provider time on appointment.

• Double book info on time display shows when Chairs are double booked.

• C/P icon toggles between Chair View and Provider View

• RMC options to Show, Hide and Move columns as well as Edit Provider Hours.

Provider Time on Appt• Provider Time can be set to any increment of 5

minutes.• Synced with the Services panel.• Use down arrow or RMC to change existing

provider/staff.• Double Click empty area or RMC to add new

provider/staff.• Click and drag to extend or shorten that

provider’s duration.• Add any combination of providers/staff.

Goal Amounts on Appointment

• Goals set to the provider of service when services are attached to appointments.

• Goals set to the provider in the ‘first’ position (farthest left or top) when no services are attached to appointments.

Services• Use tab or

button to open services panel.

• Pin to dock inside the appt window.

• Edit individual providers of services.

Other Appointments• Use tab or

Quick Fill Appointment

• Use icon group to create new Quick Fill appointment.

type is chosen that uses patient cleaning time.)

Find Free Time Results• Dockable!– Dock panel

with available hygiene times for 6 months out and use refresh option on panel to get updated results all day!
