2. Photo copy of the Original Pass Certificate-cum Mark sheet/ Memorandum of Marks/ Marklist down loaded from website must be attached.

3. Application incomplete & without requisite fees will be rejected.

4. Application are to be submitted in the Head Office/ ZonalOffice as per notification published. Applications received beyond the due date shall be rejected.

5. Results of the Checking of Addition shall be published in the website of Board “www.bseodisha.ac.in”.

6. Applicants shall collect photo copies of the answer books from the respective zonal office of the Board. The date from which photo copies will be available shall be informed through print media.

1. Candidates desirous of getting photo copy of evaluated answer scripts can apply in the prescribed format on or before date: __________. Checking ofAddition of Marks is a precondition for supply of photo copy of evaluated answer books.

2. Acandidate has to deposit an amount of ` 100.00 (Rupees Hundred) only per subject

towards Checking of Addition of Marks and another ` 200,00 (Rupees Two Hundred) only per subject for supply of photocopy of answer book.

3. The results of Checking of Addition of Marks shall be published in the website of the Board "www.bseodisha.ac.in". The photocopy of the answer book shall be supplied to the resective zoal offices. For all these dates shall be notified later on in the leading Odia dailies.

4. The photo copy of the answer books will be supplied only to the candidates/ parents but not to any other persons.
