What is an online Web Shop?

• Is the selling of goods and services on web.

• Customer’s don’t need to search for parking space in front of

retail store, don’t have to wait too long in the cash counter to

make the payment, no need to search for particular product they

need.

• Shopping whenever, whatever, wherever.

• They have to log into web portal, just click on the product they

want to purchase, make payment through credit cards.

• Breaks all geographical boundaries by making available all the

products and services through web.

• Includes Travel as well as non-travel products

• Consumers can browse through large database of products and

they can compare them with other provider, add the product in

• With e-shopping, one can reach to global markets and can meet

global customers.
