Introduction
ISP Master consists of 12 hours of structured online training in the application of ISP98 and is suitable for all levels of staff in this area.

1. Essentials Module
The Essentials module consists of 3 interactive lessons.
These lessons examine the use of assurances in commercial arrangements, the function of dependent and independent undertakings, the roles of the parties to standby credits and the key terms and conditions that are used in standby credits.
On completion of this module, the user will have a good understanding of the function and operation of independent undertakings, in particular standby letters of credit.

2. Rules Module
There are 10 lessons in the Rules module.
The Rules module provides an article-by-article analysis of the ISP98 rules. It covers all aspects of ISP98 in detail while also providing an examination of the comparable provisions of UCP 600 - where applicable.
Areas covered:
- Scope of the rules- Obligations of the parties- Presentation- Examination- Disposal of documents
On completing this module, you will understand the use and application of ISP98 for standby credits/independent undertakings.
- Transfer and assignment- Cancellation of a standby- Reimbursement obligations- Expiry- Syndication/participation

3. Case Studies Module
The Case Studies module contains 4 interactive case studies.
The case studies cover key aspects of standby credit work, including: applying for a standby credit; reviewing the terms and conditions of a standby credit for workability; examining a presentation of documents from the perspective of a nominated bank and issuing bank; and issuing a refusal notice.
These case studies provide the trainee with the opportunity to practice their knowledge and skills in the operation of standby credits and the application of ISP98 in life-like scenarios.
On completion of this module, the trainee should appreciate how ISP98 is applied in a working environment.

4. Assessment Module
The Assessment module provides a comprehensive assessment for trainees to test their knowledge in standby credit practice.
Each instance of the assessment is a random selection of 40 questions from an extensive questions database so each attempt will produce a different set of questions for the trainee.
Detailed feedback is provided on every question attempted.

monthly basis.

Accessing and using the service
Go to http://admin.coastlinesolutions.com. On the sign-in page, enter the Username and Password provided to you, and click Sign In.
Signing in brings you to the My Dashboard page. There are two ways in which you can access the course from this page.
Option 1: Select the course from My Courses link in the sidebar menu.
