Three

ways to

begin

browsing

for

Products

Click on a Category

Click on your product menu to display the first

12 Categories with Sub-Categories.

Type info into the search box and

click the orange button.

Use Express Buy to load products

directly into your Cart without

having to Search

only. Your company eCatalog may have a different

assortment of products.

THIS IS CALLED THE "GALLERY VIEW"

It offers a quick summary of each product.

It’s sorted to give priority to products that

are In Stock and Most Popular.

That’s why different sizes of the same

product don’t always appear grouped

together in this view.

Use BROWSE BY to group the

products based on what’s most important

to you. For example, start with Size.

Depending on how your eCatalog is

set up, the number of Checkout

steps could be between 2 and 6

This is how you submit your order. Step 1

If this button appears, click it to select an

address from a list.

Addresses are from you’re My Account

address book or your Company address

book.

The Company address book is set up using the

Admin Console.

Click Continue button to

proceed to the next step. If a Default Shipping Address is set up in your

My Account address book, you don’t have to fill

this in. eCat does it for you and skips this step!

Want the shipment tracking

info to go to someone

else? Replace your email

address with theirs.

“My Account” is at the top of

the screen. Click on your name

to open it.


Step 2

Shipping Method types are based on how

your account is set up with ORR Safety.

If presented with choices like this, select

your preference for this order.


Step 3

OPTIONAL

If your eCatalog is

customized to capture

Additional Information

during checkout, you will

see a screen like this.

If default values are set up by the

Administrator in your User record,

eCat enters the information for you!

OPTIONAL! Not all customer eCatalogs have “Additional Information”


Step 4

Click to choose a Payment Method.

If your eCatalog is set up with Credit Card or

On Account, you’ll see both choices.

Note that you can save Credit Cards in

you’re My Account profile.

If you choose New Credit Card, you will be

prompted to add the Bill To address.

For this example, we’ll choose On Account.

If your eCatalog only offers On Account, then

eCatalog skips the Payment Method step.

This shows how On Account is pre-selected at the

start of the Checkout Process.

If you’ve saved Credit Cards in

you’re My Account profile, you can

select one from here.

You will still have to enter the card’s

3-digit Security Code.


Step 5

If you are using a Credit Card you saved in

you’re My Account, the Billing Address is

filled in automatically!

You only see this step if you are

using a Credit Card


If your Payment Method is On Account,

eCat enters the Billing Address behind

the scenes and skips this step!

Step 6


If your eCatalog is set up to

REQUIRE a Purchase Order number,

the order cannot be submitted until

the PO is entered here.

Review, then click “Submit Order"

to purchase your products.

All of the selections you’ve

made are shown here. To

change any of them, click on

the green words.

Want the eReceipt to go to

someone else? Add another

email address here.

This eCatalog was configured to require a

Purchase Order number.

If it says “Optional PO Number,” you can leave it blank.


I don’t want to

type the same

address every

time I order.

Click on Address Book to edit

your Ship To addresses.

To add a new address, click the “Add

a Shipping Address” button. You can

have as many as you want.

Click on Your Name to open

My Account.


Check the box and eCat3

will automatically fill in this

address during Checkout.

Click on Credit Cards

to add a new Credit

Card to your profile.

During Checkout, your

saved credit card(s) will

appear on the Payment

Method step. Choose your

card with one click!

Click on Your Name to open

My Account.


For security, you will still have to

enter your card’s 3-digit security

code during Checkout

Don’t forget to

click Save.

This optional feature allows you to enter information

that will appear on the Packing Slip

Checking the box means that

the order will Ship Complete.


This optional feature allows you to specify

that all items will be held until the order can

be shipped complete

If this message appears during

Checkout, the Ship Complete

option has been activated for

your catalog
