In case you don’t have certain items of order, you can try to purchase it from other shops or offer some other alternative for the product.

For this you will inform sevaaa, and we will contact to customer behalf of you to resolve any issue.

Office will open seven days in a week.

Office will start at 9:00 am in the morning till 9:00 pm.

Delivery will start from 09:00 am onwards till 9:00 pm.

Payment ModeOffline – If customer chosen COD(Cash On

Delivery) Mode for the payment of the order, you will directly collect the payment from the customers.

Online – If Customer chosen Online Payment then you only need to place the order and the amount of the order will be saved with us. The total amount of all your orders will be deposited to your account every week.

You can choose Cash In Account policy in which the total amount will be deposited directly to you bank account. For this you will give us your general bank account details, and we will deposit your amount every week.

You can choose Cash In Hand policy in which your total amount will be sent to you directly every week.

Cancelation PolicyCustomer can cancel the order within 30

Minutes after placement of order.If any customer canceled the order after that

or deny to accept the delivery, the customer will be blacklisted forever.

If you cancel the order without any prior notification to Sevaaa, your agreement with us will be canceled.
