1 Introduction

1.1 Purpose

This document provides information on how to register yourself, your organisation and any consortia members/contributors in the Wine Australia Grant Application Online Portal (Online Portal).

You must register first before you commence an application.

1.2 Scope

The main audience for this document is the person/s who are involved in the creation of an application for the International Wine Tourism Competitive Grant and/or the Wine Export grant.

1.3 Using this document

This document contains multiple procedures which will guide users to effectively set themselves up as a user in the Grant Application Online Portal (Online Portal) and begin and application.

A procedure is a set of steps that a person completes to achieve a specific task within a process.

2 Getting Started

2.1 How to access the Wine Australia Grant Application Online Portal

The link to the grant application online portal can be found on the Wine Australia website http://erwsp.wineaustralia.com. For the best user experience, we recommend that one of the following web browsers are used:

• Google Chrome (https://www.google.com.au/chrome/browser/desktop/index.html?brand=CHBD&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIwP2V48Pk1wIVyDUrCh1ZUg7tEAAYASAAEgImG_D_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds&dclid=CNrQh-bD5NcCFVEjvQoduKcIAg )

• Firefox ( https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/ )

• Microsoft Edge ( https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/windows/microsoft-edge )

Note: Some functionality may not be available if you choose Internet Explorer as your browser.

It is recommended that once you have accessed the portal, you save the link to your browsers bookmark or favourites menu so it can be accessed again, easily at any time.

2.2 Online Application Portal FAQs

Q1. What if I am having an agent complete the application on my behalf?

A1. If you are having an agent complete the Wine Export grant application for you, you will first need to register your organisation and then invite the agent to your application, through the grant application portal.

Q2. Can I save my application at any point and come back to complete it later?

A2. Yes. Simply click SAVE before exiting and the application will be saved in your My Projects page which can be accessed from the top main menu.

Q3. Why is it a good idea to add contacts and associated organisations before I start my application?

A3. When you add associated contacts, consortia members and organisations, they are saved in your My Contacts file and will be available for you select in the areas where this information is required in the application.

Q4. Where is the next button in the application?

A4. The next button is located at the top of the application form.

Q5. Why should I use Google Chrome or Firefox web browsers?

A5. Google Chrome and Firefox will offer an optimised user experience and enables functions that Internet Explorer does not support.

3 New User Sign up

3.1 How to sign up as a new applicant

To use the online grant application portal, you need to register yourself by creating your own user account. To create a new user account, follow the procedure below.

Step Action

1 Open the online grant application portal:

https://wau-cp.enquire.cloud

2 From the online portal homepage toolbar, click Login or Sign Up.

Result: the grant Login or Register form is displayed.

3 From the Login or Register form click Register.

Result: the Register form is displayed.

4 From the Regitser form

• Complete all applicant details (this is you as an individual – your business or organisation details are

created later),

• Create a password for this applicant account, and

Note: password minimum requirements are one uppercase character, one lowercase character, one

number character and eight charcters long

Step Action

• Click Get Started.

Result: your account has been created and a confirmation email has been sent to the email account

specified.

5 From the email, you can click Verify your email address or you can login straight away from the Login form.

6 From the Login form

• Enter your registered email address,

• Enter your password, and

• Click Get Started.

Result: you are logged in as a registered user and the home page is displayed.

Step Action

7 Now that you have created your account, you need to enter the details of the organisation or business you are

representing. You must complete this step or you will not be able to continue with the application process.

From the home page

• Click on the Notification icon, and

• Click on the Account Details text.

Result: the My Account page is displayed.

8 From the My Account page, click Associate Account.

Result: the Organisation Details form is displayed.

9 From the Organisation Details form

• Complete Organisation details,

• Complete Business Address,

• Complete Postal Address (for correspondance regarding your grant application), and

• Click Submit.

Step Action

Result: the My Account page is displayed and now shows your organisation details.

10 Your registration is now complete and the the following pages are now available to you

• Published Rounds

• My Contacts

• My Projects

• Account Management (displayed as your username with a dropdown arrow)

3.2 How to create contacts and organisations

Once your account has been created, you will need to add the details of organisations which are part of your consortia – the other individuals and organisations involved in your application. This will make your application experience more streamlined as you will be able to select these contacts from a drop-down list in the application.

Step Action

1 From the online portal homepage toolbar, click My Contacts.

Result: the grant My Contacts page is displayed.

2 To create a new contact, click Create Individual.

Result: the Create Individual form is displayed.

3 From the Create Individual form

• Enter your contact's first and last name, and

• Click Save

(You can create additional contacts as required.)

Step Action

Result: your contact has been added to the My Contacts list.

4 Now your contact has been added, you need to add additional information about this contact.

Click on View Contact in the row of the contact you want edit.

Result: Your contacts card will be displayed

5 To edit the card, click Edit.

Result: the contact card is Editable.

6 Enter the information for your contact, and click Save.

Step Action

Result: your contact card is updated and the contact can now be invited to the portal as a contributor or

general user – do this if you want other people to see your application or contribute to it while it is being

prepared.

Contributor – someone who you want to enter content to the application such as representatives of your

consortia members

General user – yourself and other people representing your organisation

To go back to the My Contacts page, click on My Contacts from the menu at the top of the page

Result: the My Contacts page is displayed.

To create a new organisation, complete the same steps but from the My Contacts page, click Create

Organisation – this will be the other organisations, businesses or people who are part of your consortia

Now, you may want to invite your contact to the online portal to contribute or view the grant application. To

invite a contact, click on the Invite button adjacent the name of the contact you want to invite.

Result: the Invite form is displayed.

10 To invite your contact

• Check the email address is correct,

• Assign a role to the contact from the drop down list, and

• Click Invite.

Result: your contact is sent an invitation by email to join the portal and view or contribute to your grant

application.

11 To remove a contact, simply click Revoke in the row of the contact you want to remove.

End of procedure

12 Now that you have created your User Account and associated yourself with the organisation your are

representing and if you are the lead elgible entity of a consortia, you will have created contact details for all

individuals and organisations in your consortia you are ready to start the application process by selecting

“published rounds” tab where the current grant opportunities are dlsplayed.

Select “View Details” on the grant you are applying for and then select “Apply for this Round” to commence your

application.
