• User can be in User role or Administrator role

• Admin can perform all the operation • User only perform limited operation like write exam basic activities like change password , forgot password

Groups

• User should be member of a primary group • User can be member of any number of secondary groups • For a company (account) can create many groups  Example: – MS , BS – IT , Sales , – Developer , Tester

Secondary Groups

• Users can be member of multiple groups

• Based on the group permission user can access resource • Secondary groups can be used to easily filter access

Example – MS_IT_Batch1 , MS_IT_Batch2

Exam Permission

• Exam can be shared by multiple groups

• Add / Remove Exam & Group permissions enables you to realize this.

Subject Category Permission

• Create subject category with any name like  Example: – Databases – MS (IT) – Languages – Open source technologies

Subjects

• Subject can fall in multiple categories • Create subjects with any name like  Example: – C# – English grammar – Project management – MySQL  

Questions

• Questions are independent entity

• Can be linked to any subjects

• Question can be mapped to any subjects

• Questions can created without mapping also • Easily search and map to subjects • Create questions online or offline • Share question across multiple subjects

Exams

• To create exam, link Subject and Level

• Specify No. of questions (random/not) • Time for questions • Name for exam by default (Subject – Level)

• Gap (days) after the exam • Attempt count

• Account creation acknowledgement • Forgot/Reset password

• Pass/Fail indication
