Online Employee Test

Purpose of the Project

Online Employee Test is an exclusive web application developed for managing Employee details, managing Project details and Conducting Online Tests for Employees to know about their Performance. Affair analysis system is required to successfully apply knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to a broad range of activities in order to meet the requirements of a particular project. This enforces a lot of discipline by defining and achieving targets while optimizing the use of resources such as time, money, and people. Basically this system keeps track of status of Employees who are working in the Organization and status of the projects undertaken and helps in developing a systematic and effective work environment.

Existing System

The Existing system is traditional one and the features provided by it are complex The existing system is desktop application and so cannot be viewed by the concern authority when ever he prefer to view the application

Proposed system

The System organizes and manages resources(eg.people) in such a way that the project is completed within defined scope , quality, time and cost constraintsThe System maintains the control over the project from the beginning of the project till the conclusion The first challenge of the system is to make sure that a project is delivered within defined constraints. Employee Module

This Module allows defining/registering an employee as a staff member of the company who can participate in the project. For a fresh employee who has to join in the company these type of tests will be conducted.

So he has to write some tests to improve his skills before joining into the company. He has to write all those tests assigned to him before joining in the company in between the dates specified by the Company. This allows employee to improve his technical and logical skills instead of their bookish knowledge in studies. And moreover it will be helpful when he joins as a new employee in Office instead of facing problems.

This Project Manager Module is further divided In to another sub modules as follows.

Project Details

In this module defining/registering of every new project is undertaken and list of all Projects are also maintained. All project details like when the project started when ended, who involved in that project, project duration, documentation, database details all will be included in that project details.

Module Details

In this, Project module details will be included. Like how many modules are there, which modules are there are included. Again in that module how many tasks are there Adding, Editing, Deleting modules will be included in this module

Task Details

In this module the tasks assigned to the employee’s details are maintained. Adding, Editing, Deleting of tasks will be included. Employees details who are dealing with which task will be maintained in this Task details.

Task Assigning

In this module we will discuss about the Project Manager assigning tasks by choosing the correct Employees to work with the project. After choosing correct persons he will assign the tasks to the Employees.

Employee Details

In this module we will discuss about the entire employees information. We will maintain each and every detail about the employee. His personal details, address, mail Id’s, his skill set, and his Experience also will be included. Adding, Editing, Deleting of Employee’s will be included. All employees’ details will be maintained here.

Test Details

In this module we will discuss about the Tests conducted to the New Employee’s joined here. The Project Manager will assign some tests depending upon their requirement to the employees. So, the Employee has to write that tests to prove his skills and to upgrade his skills. Employee has to write ALL tests conducted by the manager.

Testing Module

In this module all the tests details will be maintained. Testing details for Employees will be maintained. Which tests to be included for which employee, how many tests have to be written by each employee, like this all sort of details are maintained. All tests will be based on technical and logical and analytical skills. Employee has to write particular tests on or before joining into the company.
