Glenwood Suite

The Glenwood Suite - beautifully decorated throughout, the Glenwood Suite has a seating capacity 120 guests.

If you are planning on hiring a singer, band or dj, the Glenwood Suite has the addition of it’s own stage, providing the ideal platform for your entertainment to perform. The suite also

includes it’s own private entrance, dance floor and well-stocked private bar.

Oaklands Suite

The Oaklands Suite - is the larger of our two suites providing a seating capacity of 160 guests. Complete with its own grand entrance hall,

situated adjacent to the lounge bar, making it the ideal reception area for greeting your guests.

We have a licence which enables you to hold a Civil Marriage Ceremony any day of the week here at Oaklands Hall. There is an additional cost

of £250 for this service. Ceremonies take place in either our Glenwood or Oaklands Suite, depending on your preference.

If you are happy to choose one of our buffet menus or from our monthly lunch menus which are available midweek and early lunchtimes, then great!

But if you are like us and like to create your own and build something bespoke to suit you and your guests then our “Build Your Own” menus are perfect for you!

Our in house caterers, “Matteo’s Catering”, have put together a selection of fantastic dishes to suit all tastes. Their head chef Matteo has provided you with a balance of meat, poultry, fish, vegetarian & vegan dishes both light & hearty.

A selection of cold or hot desserts are available from the desserts menu.

Now you can pick and choose whatever you like!

If you would like any advice don’t hesitate to give us a call and if Matteo is on hand, he will be happy to have a chat so you can create your perfect menu.

To ensure a smooth and efficient service on your special day, we kindly ask that you make a maximum of 3 choices from each of our starters, mains and

desserts menus. Your guests’ orders and a seating plan are also required in advance of your wedding day.

We also offer a table by table service which would require menu orders by table.Forms for this are available at the end of this document.

We are happy to cater for all dietary requirements and all requests are required in advance. Some of our dishes can be altered to accommodate certain

requirements or alternatives can be offered on request., please don’t hesitate to get in touch to discuss.
