An infallible systemWhen a client wishes to make an appointment, she simply chooses her preferred days and times (the salon can restrict what times are available for on line bookings). Next, she picks the services she wants done and, if she wishes, her preferred stylist/colourist. Online booking is similar to airline reservation sites in that it is impossible for the salon and a client to book the same slot.Appointments made by clients are placed directly in the salon's appointment book with an icon indicating an online reservation.

Client spaceIn this area, clients can update their addresses, upload photos to the salon client file, check and even cancel future appointments and view their account and loyalty point balance. Editing of client data can be restricted by the salon.

Meet the salon teamYour employees have different personalities and specialities: use WebBook X2 to show them off. Your clients will then be able to familiarise themselves with the team and choose their preferred stylist.
