Our customers and partners can count on a team of designers specialised in the analysis of processes, logistics and automation. Their task is to identify the critical points and the limits of the structures and of the current processes, to propose new operating configurations designed to reduce costs, increase quality and energy efficiency and reduce the stock time, the kilometres travelled by the vehicles and errors.

SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS

On.Plant is the software platform by Onit Group for the management of production, quality, logistics, transport, automation and energy. The software completely web-based, highly customizable and configurable, simple but well structured, manages in real-time planning information, traceability, quality controls, energy consumption, logistic of manual and automatic storage and transport.

The system On.Plant is composed of a suite of application modules based on a common framework application, integrated with the main ERP software (e.g. SAP, AS400, sage, etc.).

The single modules allow vertical integration on the corporate processes of each production sector and can be either installed on premises or provided with a Cloud Service.

Moreover, thanks to modern technologies, applications can interact with devices used in the factory (e.g. wireless terminals, printers, automatic readers, RFID, totem, weighing scales, etc.), in automatic plants (e.g. traslo-trucks, carousels, roller conveyors, etc.) or in the company offices (e.g. sensors, controllers, meters, Building Automation, etc.)
