Outputs The outputs quote in this brochure are based on mean water temperature of 80°C and a room temperature of 20°C (Delta T 60°C) or a mean water temperature of 70°C and a room temperature of 20°C (Delta T 50°C) .

Quality Horizontal & Vertical Flat Panel

Material

Senso-Heat panel radiators are manufactured from 1.2 mm cold rolled steel conforming to EN442-1.

Tappings

All radiators are supplied with four 15mm (1/2”BSP) standard tappings.

Operating Pressures

The standard final pressure test of 13bar (188PSI) allows an operating pressure of maximum 10 bar (145PSI) for use with both open and closed indirect systems only

Installation

For maximum efficiency, radiators should be fixed at not less than 100mm (4”) from finished floor level.

Water Treatment

Following installation systems

should be flushed and filled in

accordance with BS 7593 Code

of Practice for the treatment in

Hot Water central heating sys-

tems.

It is essential to carry out the

procedures laid down in this

standard to ensure that any re-

sidual contaminants and foreign

bodies that might damage the

system are removed. The use of

corrosion inhibitors to enhance

longevity of the system should

be subject to manufacturers

instructions and conditions of

use. It is particularly important

that the fluid used is compatible

with the materials employed in

the installation.
