SPIRITS DIVISIONThe Glen Moray Elgin Classic line continues to expand with their new Chardonnay Cask Finished expression and the addition of the 1.75L size in the Elgin Classic.

Since 1897, Glen Moray Single Malt Scotch Whisky has been distilled on the banks of the River Lossie, just outside Elgin, one of Scotland’s oldest towns. For nearly 120 years, our award winning whiskies have been crafted in time honored fashion, by hand. Never rushed or forced, always in balance, steady and with care, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Tradition, know-how and trade secrets have been passed through five generations of Master Distillers to ensure every drop has the same light character as the last.

This rich malt is double matured, first in the finest ex-bourbon American oak barrels and then finished for 8 months in Chardonnay casks. Although this whisky receives a little something from Burgundy, its character remains firmly rooted in Speyside.

The influence of the Chardonnay casks adds body, sweetness and spice to the existing citrus, honey, and light oak flavors of our Elgin Classic. The residual wine flavors from the Chardonnay casks infuse the spirit with added dried fruit sweetness and subtle spice.

The addition of the 1.75L size is very exciting as there are just a few single malt offerings in this size and even fewer at this price point. Packaged in the same bulb neck bottle shape as the 750ml, the 1.75L version offers a greater value in a product that is already one of the best values in the single malt scotch section.

Celebrate Halloween with Hob Nob Wicked Red Limited Edition, a fruit forward opulent red blend with hints of oak, blackberries, mocha and an eerily smooth finish.

Our blend of Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Pinot Noir grapes were harvested at the optimal time in the season in the beautiful region of Languedoc in the South of France when the fruit is ripe and juicy. The grapes were vinified traditionally with care and passion by skilled winemakers. After the initial maceration, malolactic fermentation took place for 3 weeks at 68°F to bring out the full natural fruit character. A part of the wine was then oak aged for 8 weeks to develop fine tannins and structure.

PREMIER WINE DIVISIONFrom world renowned wine maker, Dave Phinney, “Locations” wines are officially on the map. The California native got his start in the wine business working with Robert Mondavi. From there he went on to start “Orin Swift” wines along with the “Prisoner” wine. With the high amount of success Dave Phinney experienced, he sought to make a new line of wines from around the world.

The concept for Locations wines was simple. Make the best possible wines from any given location. The first vintage was launched in 2012 with E2 from Spain. In just a few short years Locations has grown to consist of over 10 wines from 7 different countries. The United States is represented with wines from Washington, Oregon and 2 from California including the new white blend. France, Argentina, Italy, Spain and now Portugal are also represented in Dave Phinney’s Locations wines.

With consistent 90+ point ratings on these wines, it’s easy to see the reasons for the success of Locations wines. Robert Parker has gone on to say, “As of now, Dave Phinney might be my “value winemaker of the year” candidate. CRAFT SPIRITSThe House of Angostura’s award winning rums are steeped in nearly 200 years of tradition. The journey started in 1824 when founder Dr. Johann Siegert first produced aromatic bitters in Angostura, Venezuela (today called Ciudad Bolivar). In the 1870’s, Dr. Siegert’s three sons migrated to Trinidad, among them Don Carlos Siegert, who pioneered the brand, establishing Angostura Aromatic Bitters as an integral ingredient in premium cocktails and ultimately a mainstay of cocktail culture. The family’s Siegert Bouquet Rum became a Trinidadian tradition up until the early 1960’s and part of the company’s rich rum heritage. In the 1970’s, The House of Angostura expanded, acquiring the Fernandes family distillery, which was founded in the 1890’s by Manoel Fernandes, an immigrant from Portugal and known for making high quality rums.

Toppling Goliath Decorah, IA

Toppling Goliath Brewing Company started in May of 2009 with Clark and Barb Lewey after months of experimental home brewing projects that claimed the Lewey's garage. As the recipes gained favor with family and friends, they decided to build a small nano-brewery "on the hill" in Decorah, Iowa. The demand for these great brews has been high from the beginning. Today, with new high-quality equipment, the demand still outpaces the supply, but not our eagerness!

A pleasantly quenching California Common lager, refreshingly clean hop forward ales, bold double IPAs, barrel and wood aged beers and attention-getting imperial stouts have become the foundation of our quest to make big beers in small batches.

Bright fruit characteristics carry through from the late hop additions into the flavor but with a restrained bitterness. This intriguing Saison blurs the line between wine and beer.

This delicious creation was truly a product of creativity, ingenuity and luck. In the summer of 2013 we took a test batch of our sessional sour summer ale, Provincial, that didn’t quite hit gravity, and decided to have some fun with it! We added a heavy dose of raspberries. The end result was so delicious, we decided to recreate it! This delightfully tart fruit beer is refreshing, with a citrusy raspberry aroma which transitions to a subtlety sweet and tart finish.

The Bruery & Bruery Terreux The Bruery is a boutique craft brewery located in Orange County, CA specializing in barrel aged and experimental ales. Founded as a small, friend & family run business in 2008, The Bruery takes it’s unique moniker from founder Patrick Rue’s family surname. We never stop challenging ourselves to develop distinctive & imaginative beers, constantly pursuing improvement in all that we do. We brew dozens of original beers each year with our list of ingredients and inspirations growing perpetually. Our collection of oak barrels has also become a primary element of our brewery. Nearly half of our beer is aged in wine or spirit barrels bringing forth flavors reminiscent of the Belgian countryside or classic American distillers.

In 2015 all wild and sour ale production was moved to a new facility. Along with the new facility, came a new name for these beers, Bruery Terreux. Bruery Terreux® is a boutique craft brewery located in Orange County, CA specializing in farmhouse-style wild and sour ales. Bruery Terreux is rustic, traditional, familial, yet innovative and independent in spirit. Founded on an exciting revitalization of age-old traditions blended with current culture and newly forging practices, Bruery Terreux tells the story of wildly traditional bière.
