Benchmark at a Glance
For a second oven option, choose a Bosch steam convec-tion oven or speed convection microwave oven. Anything that can be cooked in a regular oven can cook in a steam oven, but faster because steam is an ideal way to transfer heat to foods. The Bosch speed convection microwave takes cooking to the next level by pairing the precision of convection cooking with the speed of micro-wave technology. The result is up to eight times faster cooking times than traditional wall ovens.
When it comes to dishwashers, Bosch looks at noise reduction from every angle, incorporating 18 unique sound reducing technologies in their Benchmark dishwashers. As silent as 38 dBA, all Bosch sound levels are certified by an independent lab. Loading is never a problem with their third rack. Cutlery, whisks, tongs, and other utensils have a place all their own, allowing for 30 percent more loading area than Bosch double rack dishwashers.
Electric and induction cooktops, with easy-to-clean glass surfaces, offer bridge zones in electric models and an exclusive flex zone in induction units. These designs increase the burner size on the cooktop for larger pots and griddles.

Bosch wall ovens offer optimum design flexibility while balancing form and function at the same time. Installing flush for a sleek, European look or proud for a more traditional look, they integrate seamlessly into your kitchen. Bosch wall ovens look great installed on top of each other, on separate walls, or next to each other for perfect design alignment. Certain Benchmark ovens boast side swing doors that open to the left or right reducing the need to bend over a drop down door when placing foods inside. With Genuine European Convec-tion and 14 specialized cooking modes, Bosch ovens deliver precisely even cooking results across all three oven racks.

Whether you choose gas, electric, or induction, sleek European design and precise cooking performance is built into every Bosch Benchmark cooktop. Gas cooktops, available in 30- or 36-inch widths, feature dual-stacked burners with a main burner that delivers a low simmer and a super-hot, 20,000 BTU flame.
The new Bosch slide-in ranges can replace any freestanding range because they are designed to install against a back wall without the need of a filler strip. Bosch optimizes the cooking surface of their ranges by offering five burners. Self-cleaning gas ovens, with convection, include one telescopic oven rack, nine different cooking modes, and a meat probe that senses when roasts are finished to perfection.
Bosch dual-fuel, induction, and electric ranges feature genuine European convection ovens with 11 different cooking programs. The spacious 4.6 cubic foot interior oven is big enough for a 25-pound turkey, and includes a meat probe. Perhaps the best part of Bosch slide-in ranges is every model contains a warming drawer instead of a storage drawer.
