Introduction
The purpose of this report is to analyze the radio network performance in term of QoSimpact, before and after BSS software migration (B9 MR1 ed4) on OMC4: BKB01OMC4: BKB01BKB14 , NTB01BKB14 , NTB01--NTB24 and 10 Central BSC.NTB24 and 10 Central BSC.
The BSS migrations was performed during May 3rd-15th ,2006.
The analysis is based on the Daily statistics of 37 days before and after the migration.
9 15 days reference data before migration
9 22 days during/after migration9 Remark: Missing statistics during 17/05-20/05 due to RNO tool database problem.
The report is presented in 2 sections:

Call drop rate remains stable about
1.3% after migration. There are 2
days with increasing of BSS RTC
drop. There is transmission problemat BKF0041_2 on 10/05- 12/05, and
at BKA1030_1, BKA1077_1,2,3 on
13/05.
