Tax Incentives Personal property tax exemptions cover all servers and equipment (electrical back-up, temperature equipment)
Large data center projects (30 jobs and $200 million cap investment) can also apply for a real property tax refund
Sales tax credits and refunds for equipment, peripherals, utility bills, and new real estate construction
Corporate income tax credits, compensation credits (for payroll withholding tax liability), and training grants
Incentives are a contract with the State of Nebraska and cannot be revoked. They are stackable and designed exclusively for data centers, with sequential applications allowed to extend benefits.
