Morning ProceduresDISPLAY your car tagIf you only have a K-8th grader, drop off at the gym
unless directed differently by the traffic monitorAfter the 8 am bell, the sign is displayed in front.
Parents must park, walk their child(ren) into school and sign the tardy book
10 tardies = 1 absence20 absences places your child in jeopardy of
advancing to the next gradeAfter 8:05 PK children will be walked to their
classroom by a staff member so as not to disrupt the PK classes
Afternoon Pick upIf you only have 5-8th grade students -pick up
at the gym entrance, enter/exit through the gate on 2004
If you only have PK students -pick up on farthest left lane in front of the school
If you have K-4th grade students -pick up in the lane closest to the front entrance
If you have K-4th grade + PK or Jr High students –pick up in the lane closest to the front entrance
Sign in ProceduresALL Visitors must sign in at the front officeBring your ID/driver’s license the first time
you enter our school to the receptionist so that you may be entered into the Raptor Visitor Management System
Sign out when you leave the campusAll doors are locked to the school except the
front entrance during regular school hours
ChildcareDrop off begins at 6:30 a.m.In the morning, drop your child off in the gymCloses at 6:00 p.m., with a late charge of
$10/minuteIn the evening, PreK students may be picked
up in the PreK classrooms, K-8th students may be picked up in the designated childcare portable building
Absence PolicyIf your child will be absent more than 2 days for
reasons other than illness, you must complete the Request for Absence Form (available on our website)
Please, notify both your child’s home room teacher (first initial, last name @olqpschoool.org) and the front desk ([email protected]) via email if your child is sick
Students MUST be fever free for 24 hours without the aid of fever reducing medicine.
If you wish to request their makeup homework, please, call the front desk before 10:00 am, work will be ready by 3:30pm at the front desk
