About Holick’sHolick’s was established in 1891 by Joseph Holick, who also established the Fighting Texas Aggie Band. His son, Johnny, took over his father’s trade roughly in the 1940’s. Johnny was the first person in Aggieland to manu-facture the Aggie Senior Boots we know today. Johnny’s daughters received the reigns in early 1980’s. At one point, Holick’s also owned one of the largest shoe repair shops in the country, and was located where Antonio’s Pizza is located today. Leo Belovoskey started working as an Apprentice in 1991, after the 100th Year Anniversary. Two decades later he accepted the challenge to be the owner, while still remaining Master Boot Maker.

Holick’s offers the same style of boots that Johnny Holick developed using the same techniques from then, combined with superior leather. The result is a hand-crafted, custom-fit boot that is both a statement in tradition, and lasting heirloom.
