C330 / C530 / MC361 / MC561 / CX2731 =============================================================== SERVICE CALL 131: 132: 133: 134 LED HEAD ERROR LED head detection error (131=Yellow, 132=Magenta, 133=Cyan, 134=K (Black)) Is the LED head installed properly? 1) Power printer off 2) Open Top Cover Completely 3) Check Ribbon Cable Connections (CMY& K) to LED HEADS to make sure they are seated properly (below ) If loose or disconnected, re -seat ribbon cables into LEDs. 4) Close cover slowly and power printer on 5) If error remains – contact Oki for Service.
