consideration for OKA. People often move house, move from town to country, or even move continent and they want their furniture to travel with them. Heavy goods items can be taken away at the point of delivery free of charge, but if you subsequently decide to

DELIVERY OF HEAVY GOODS G AND FRAGILE ITEMS TO MAINLAND UK ADDRESSES

Fragile items marked will be delivered separately by our nominated carriers at a standard charge of £4.98 per order to UK mainland addresses and will take five working days to addresses within the M25 and 15 working days to addresses outside the M25 if the item(s) are in stock.

Heavy items requiring two man delivery, marked G, will be charged a maximum of £30.00 per order to the same address even if the order is split into more than one delivery and will take five working days to addresses within the M25 and 15 working days to addresses outside the M25 if the item(s) are in stock.

Please note that our carriers will unwrap and remove the packaging, and place the product(s) in your room of choice. They will assemble all items marked FLAT PACKED. If, however, the delivery is unsuccessful (for instance, you are not at the place of delivery at the agreed time, or because of the size of the goods they cannot be delivered into your home) a £50 charge may be levied.

Certain areas (Scottish Isles and Highlands, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Scilly Isles, Channel Islands, EU and other overseas countries) will incur an additional charge and items can take up to 40 days to deliver.

DISPOSAL OF FURNITURE (FOR HEAVY GOODS G ITEMS)For delivery of items marked with a G within the M25, we can now offer a disposal service of the equivalent piece of furniture in your home. This will be charged at £25 per piece. For more details, please call 0844 815 7380.
