Make Auxiliary Generator in operation.

Close Air Supply Ball Valve for Supply Oil.

Make sure that Air Supply Ball valves for Main Generator and

Oil Supply is fully closed.

Open slowly the fill cap of Bulk Reservoir and fill the oil.

Once the Oil is filled close the fill cap and turn to Main

Generator and open supply oil ball valve.

Routine Check & Safety Inspections

Routine Check & Safety Inspections

Check for on site and remote alarm for normal operation.

Check for Mist Pressure (50 mBAR / 20 in W.C.)

Check for Mist Density (>50%)

Check for oil level in Bulk, Main & Auxiliary Reservoirs.

Check for any Leaks in Oil Mist Generator

Check all Mist Supply Manifold Sight Glass for oil accumulations, if found

drain out to collection containers.

Check for oil level in all collection containers, if found more oil level, drain

out properly.

Record all corresponding inspection/checking, and report to the plant shift-

supervisor.

Emergency Procedures & Reporting

Emergency Procedures & Reporting

During the Emergency Situation on Main Generator, turn ON to the Auxiliary

Generator into operation for any of the following critical Circumstances, and

report immediately to the Plant Shift-Supervisor to inform maintenance

crew or the vendor to attend the problem(s):

If mist pressure and density falls below or goes above than the set-points.

If found any leak on the main generator

Display failure

Oil Transfer Pump failure (does not work)

Air Heater does not work (if low air temperature)

On site Alert Alarm Lights are not working.

No oil mist production.
