Core Training Team8 years in the Military as an Instructor including two tours of duty, coupled with 14 years of handson Oil & Gas engineering experience easily qualifies Lee to share his valuable knowledge throughhis online and classroom based training courses. A qualified Engineer and Instructor who gainedhis vast Oil and Gas knowledge throughout the globe, having worked internationally in over 21countries on both land and offshore operations. Lee has covered such roles as Well SiteSupervisor, Managed Pressure Drilling Engineer, Project Manager and most recently DrillingAdvisor and Instructor for Shell on 3 HPHT/MPD wells. His knowledge covers both upstream anddownstream sectors having worked in some of the most hostile environments in the industryspecializing in HPHT Drilling, Managed Pressure Drilling, Underbalanced Drilling and ProcessServices.

Fully qualified as a training and assessment professional in the energy and engineering sectorand a qualified engineer, specialising in marine and heavy industries for the first 15 years. Hetransferred into the oil and gas industry, predominately offshore and covered such positions asproduction supervisor, well services supervisor and ultimately Offshore Installation Manager onCormorant and Dunlin concrete structures. Serving 36 years with Shell in senior positions givesAlan the necessary experience required to produce and instruct our training courses. He is fullytrained and qualified in behavioural science and change management, the high point waspresenting to the Institute of Personnel Development at the Wembley Conference Arena.
