Ball valve DN 500, PN 8.0 with pneumohydrodrive.

High-pressure ball valves are intended for use as locking devices on main, process pipelines, and other equipment with explosive zones of all classes according to the Rules of Electrical Facilities Maintenance, in regions with seismic activity up to 9 points on a 12-point scale MSK-64.

Operating fluid: natural gas, liquid, gaseous oil products and other non-aggressive fluids (temperature from -15 ° C to +80 ° C)

Climatic category: - U1 (ambient temperature from -45 ° C to + 50 ° C, operating on the open air).- HL1 (ambient temperature from -60 ° C to + 50 ° C, operating on the open air).Leak-proofness: Class A, GOST R 54808-2011.

Management: with manual control (reducer), with the electric drive, pneumatic drive, pneumohydrodrive.Pneumo-, pneumohydro-, electric drive have manual alternative. Valves with pneumohydrodrive have electro-pneumatic control assemblies (EPCA) with operating supply voltage 110 V of the direct-current and power consumption W.At the Customer’s request it is possible to complete EPCA on 24 V and other power consumption.At the Customer’s request it is possible to produce and supply valves with counter flanges, с with drill spool adaptors with set of spare parts, with the use of other types of steels, drive types, sizes and other operating pressures.Installation position of valves on the pipeline: - for valves with a nominal diameter of DN 300 – any position, except the drive down on a horizontal as well as a vertical pipeline, - for valves with a nominal diameter of more than DN 300 - drive up with a deviation from vertical no more than 10 °C on a horizontal pipeline for the underground valves – drive up.Durability: 30 years. Warranty period: 24 months from the date of putting into operation, but not more than 36 months from the date of the shipment.Producing and supplying valves are according to TU 3742-114-94723130-2009.
