OMIXLH are back with their new material Rebellion March, a pure streetpunk mix since 1995, made in Greece. The first release came out in 1996 called: Opposition and a split EP in 1998 called Trapped in Misery. After many concerts all around Greece the band released first official album in 2001 called Our Everyday Life. Came out many compilations and two European tours preparing their Friends Forever...Punx For Life from Joe Pogo Records. In 2012 came out Legion Of Freaks also by Joe Pogo and now after 21 years they are still kick it hard. If you are a fan of Exploited, GBH, Oppressed then this is for you. Released by Punk’n’Loud Records and Joe Pogo in Europe and USA, has 9 tracks in the same chaos punk attitude, sing along choruses and for punx.

They remain a figure in the hc scene, and the title of Godfathers is well deserved. Get Loud! is their 12th studio album since the band started in 1983 with United Blood. Maybe the background has changed a bit like they say in many of the songs, but the corruption, basic political situations remains the same. Is a blast of pure hardcore mixed with punk and the same strong socio-political themes.The cover is a back to their designer from Cause For Alarm, Sean Taggart. Has 14 tracks in the same way that AF played since their formation, same NYHC in your face, short and angry and of course LOUD. Like Roger Miret says “Speak up, get loud, say what you have to say. Be the change you want to see in the world. You can?t change the whole thing, but you can make little differences that will matter, eventually.”. The album has already a lyric video for the 1st track: Spray Painted Walls and is something that you need to have.

Excluded are coming from Mexico City and formed in 2006. Their style is a oi/streetpunk and We Will Destroy Them is their latest album from 2019, with 10 tracks. For the fans of The Casualties, Acidez or SS Kaliert for sure is something to look for. Working class anthems in both english and spanish, anger and a lot of passion. For the PUNX UNITED!!!

No One’s Voice are coming from the city of Bogota in Colombia, this is their new EP of 6 tracks, it’s a mix of Oi/Street Punk with a melodic line and voice and sing along choruses for the crowd. Punk’n’Oi Memories is just great and something not to miss for the Oi/Punk fans. First song that was released from the EP is Your Fucking Right that has a sample from Martin Luther King speach I Have A Dream. The EP has songs in both in English and Spanish as well, memories, pride and will remind you of Evil Conduct, Cock Spparer mixed with Rude Pride and Lion’s Law.

From Palmares in Costa Rico are coming The Agrios, this is their 3rd material after Gradas Puentes Calles Aceras in 2013 and Ensayos in 2016. A streetpunk/oi classic about different problems from day by day life, about friendship, respect for the golden Oi era and working class. Melodic voice and strong sing along anthems. ¿Cómo fue la atmosfera en Anti Flag en C3?La atmosfera fue totalmente chingon, una atmósfera de hermandad, tuvimos el apoyo del publico y de anti-flag tambien, quienes son grandes personas; nos sentimos muy cómodos y felices, la gente del foro c3 fue amable con nosotros, y amigos en el escenario y la consola de ayudaron al puerco a sonar bien. Estuvimos contentos de abrir para anti-flag.

¿Cuál es el mensaje que Puerco envía al mundo?Nuestro mensaje es acerca de libertad de palabra y acción, sin dañar a otros, acerca de libre pensamiento, sin dioses ni controladores, acerca de un total conocimento de que los humanos no somos dueños del planeta, refiriéndose esto a que coexistimos con millones de otras especies. Reconocemos la labor de la gente y asociaciones que estuvieron y han estado trabajando por los derechos de los animales y el cuidado del medio ambiente. Despreciamos la exclusión y la intolerancia, las brutalidades de los gobiernos, los manipuladores de las mentes, promovemos la hermandad y reconocemos la importancia de las familias.

Para aquellos que no te conocen, cuéntanos algunas cosas sobre la banda.Somos una banda de punk rock que aparecio en el año 200 en Guadalajara, Mexico. Tenemos un gran respeto y afecto por el género y la gente que asiste a nuestras tocadas.La mayoría del tiempo, hemos sido tres “puercos”: guiterra, bajo y voz y tambores, pero alguunas veces hemos tenido un cuarto “puerco” en guitarras también. Vi algunas buenas bandas aquí en Guadalajara, cuéntanos algunas cosas sobre la escena aquíAquí la escena es fuerte aunque no es grande, lo que la hace interesante. Estas caracteristicas crean una atmósfera de hermandad cuando y donde ocurran una tocada. La gente que asiste a las tocadas de punk rock /oi! sabe que los sentimientos ahi son fuertes y llenos de buenas vibras. La música fuerte, el sudor, el cantar y el contacto corporal hacen una reunión perfecta y completa.

He estado en La Victory Store y en Foro Independencia, sé que hay algunos pilones de underground para la escena de Guadalajara, ¿qué más hay para ver?Foros como c3 y el Harlem. La gente en el tianguis cultural que ha estado apoyando la escena siempre y que son una parte esencial de ella. Reuniones acerca de derechos animales y de personas, como parte del movimiento punk. Radio difusoras independientes que transmiten via internet como “radio desorden”, “resonante”, “diyfusion radio”. Y estar al pendiente de muchos lugares donde las tocadas de punk rock/oi! de repente se dan.

También sé que pronto comenzarán algunos conciertos nuevos, ¿preparan un álbum o algo nuevo?Estaremos tocando el 31 de Agosto en Tepic, México, el 28 de septiembre en el foro independencia y el 12 de octubre en el anexo foro independencia. Estamos trabajando en nuestro cuarto disco, para el que haremos una presentación con fecha no establecida aun.

Sabemos que la capital de Rumania es Bucarest, que hablan una lengua romance justo como nosotros aquí en México, y que allá está Transilvania.

MirceONE (MPTYZINE) Oi guys, this is Mirceone from MptyZine, how are you?OMIXLH: Hello Mirceone, we are fine!

Congrats for the new album Rebellion March, tell me few things about it.Our latest album “Rebellion March” got released during last summer by Punk n Loud Records for Europe and Joe Pogo Records in the USA, and we are so happy with the final outcome. We are answering this interview few days after the release show we had, and it was the best experience possible.

For those who don’t know you, please tell us a few things about the band. Also please let me know about the message that the band is spreadingThe band has a long story, starting in Kozani 1995. A lot has happened in between, but the last five years find the band with the most stable line up ever, consisting of Lefteris on vocals, Aris and Babis on guitars, Alex on bass and Dimitris on drums. The message we’ve been always trying to spread is unity through our scene, among with a firm antifascist and antiauthoritarian spirit. After all, we’re here for the good and the bad times.

I know that you have some songs about football, what team do you support? We are all supporters of different football clubs, but the last years we’ve decided with the band to support our local Antifa League, a championship of independent football clubs among Greece. They do it better!

Tell me few things about the punk scene in Greece.The punk scene in Greece has always been alive and kicking, since the 80s. There are many bands to pay respects for their contribution to the movement, such us Vandaloup, Xaotiko Telos and Kinoniki Aposinthesi. Right now the scene is more alive than ever, with great variety in different bands, and also we are happy that more than ever many greek bands tour abroad and spread their music.

Speaking of Greece, i am a big fan of Greek cuisine :) how often do you eat gyros? HahaNot that often luckily enough, but we can’t either avoid it as it’s the most common street food.

I saw that you played this year at Rebellion fest, how it was and where you guys will tour in the near future.We played Rebellion in Amsterdam in June 2018 and in Blackpool back in 2016. The experience was great, sharing the stage with lots of bands we love and getting to know new bands and people from around the world. We are about to hit the road in two weeks, playing in Italy and Germany. There are some plans touring Spain and Portugal as well in the near future- we are so stoked about this!

Speaking of plans, where will be the band in 10 years let s say?Given the last ten years found the band active and touring a lot, we really wish this goes on as much as possible. We want to play any given place, travel everywhere with our band and share our music with the world, after all that’s what we really want to do!

I know that you were scheduled in 2007 to visit Romania for a Los Fastidios show, how is the public in Romania? (this question supposed to be edited as I was to that show in 2007 and OMIXLH didn’t made it)Well, this is quite a story, as we actually never made it to the show due to unfortunate circumstances, even though it was planed. We definetely have to play Romania in the near future.
