Current Studio Safety Checks on Equipment
Alchol wipes are issued to staff members to clean keyboards and phones at the end of each work day. To prevent a build up of bacteria.
Check Computer System end of each day for any operational issues
Check phones are working at the start of the work day by staff members
Check Printers are well ventilated and paper trays filled Check Fire blanket is in reception area each day Check Fire Hydrant once a week is operating to safety
standards this is to be done by the Safety Officer.
Prevent health issues at your work station
Avoid a bad back by checking your chair each morning before start of work. See that it is at a good height and sitting flat on the floor
Avoid crouching over keyboard this will result in back problems RSI or Repetitive Strain Injury can be avoided in the arms by
using the gell wrist pads provided to staff ask if you have not received yours.. Inform your Supervisor if you suffer from this
Ensure that you are working in a clean area keep desk clean by dusting before work starts, remove any rubbish into the bin underneath your desk this is emptied by cleaners each evening. This will prevent allergies getting worse

emergency to staff safety officer and Management.
