Sub: Rajasthan Civil Services (Medical Attendance) Rules, 2013, Appendix-I: List of'Approved Hospitals'

Empanelment of hospitals, mentioned below, was suspended vide orders dated 09-09-2014and lO-02-2015 respectively as per the deeision of Health Benefit Empowered .Committee(HBEC) constituted under rule 4 of Rajasthan Civil Services (Medical Attendance) Rules.2013:-

(i) Mittal Hospital, Alwar (FD order dated 09-09·2014)(ii) Global Hospital and Research Centre. Mt. Abu (FD order dated 10...02-2015)(iii) Fortis Modi Hospital, Kota (FD order dated 10-02-2015)

Proposals of above mentioned hospitals have not been received again with fulfilling thecriteria for empanelment under RCS (MA) Rules, 2013. Accordingly, in exercise of thepowers conferred under rule 4 of the ReS (MA) Rules, 2013, theState Government herebyterminates the empanelment of these hospitals with immediate effect.

In exercise of the powers conferred under rule 4 of the Rajasthan Civil Services (MedicalAttendance) Rules. 2013. the State Government hereby includes the Aravali Hospital, Udaipuras "Approved Hospital" as defined in rule 3(5) of these rules, in the Appendix-I.

Note:(1) The hospital shall be bound not to charge. from the State Government employees,

more than the rates as may be flxed by the State Government from time to timefor approved private hospitals for various treatments, investigations and implants.

(.2) The Order will be effective upto 5 years from the date of Issue.

In exercise of the powers conferred under Rute 4 of Rajasthan CIvil Services (MedicalAttendance) Rules. 2013 and as per decision of the Health Benefit Empowered Committee(HBEC).Appendlx-Xl to these rules is substitutedas follows:·

Appendix - XI(Rule-7)

Extent of Reimbursement for treatment taken In Approved Hospital within the State

1. The reimbursement of bills of treatment taken in Approved Hospital shall be 80% ofCGHS, Jaipur rates or actual being charged by the Approved Hospital, whichever isless.

2. In case of indoor treatments for which package rates are not provided in CGHS,Jaipur list. reimbursement shall be done as per the formula given in the 'Table'

below.3. The CGHS rates shall be valid for a period of 7 days after the procedure or till the

,date of shifting from ICU, whichever is later. For the rest period and fonow uptreatment, the reimbursement will be as per the formula given in the 'Table' below.

In exercise of the powers conferred under Rule 4 of Rajasthan Civil Services (MedicalAttendance) Rules. 2013 and as per decisionof the HealthBenefit Empowered Committee(HBEC).Appendlx-Xl to these rules is substitutedas fo"ows:~

Appendix - XI(Rule~7)

Extent of Reimbursement for treatment taken in Approved Hospital within the State

1. The reimbursement of bills of treatment taken in Approved Hospital shall be 80% ofCGHS. Jaipur rates or actual being charged by the Approved Hospital, whichever isless.

2. In case of indoor treatments for which package rates are not provided in CGHS,Jalpur list. reimbursement shall be done as per the formula given in the Table'below.

3. The CGHS rates shall be valid for a period of 7 days after the procedure or till thedate of shifting from ICU, whichever is later. For the rest period and follow uptreatment, the reimbursement will be as per the formula given in the 'Table' below.

In exercise of the powers conferred under rule 4 of the Rqjasthan Civil Services(Medical Attendance) Rules, 2013 and as per the decision of the Health BenefitEmpowered Committee (HBEC), the State Government hereby:-

1. Includes the following hospitals as "Approved Hospital" as defined inrule 3(5) of Rajasthan Civil Services (Medical Attendance) Rules,2013, in the Appendix-I in Multispecialty category:-

(i) Shree Siddhi Vinayak Hospital, Bhilwara(ii) Arihant Hospital and Research Sansthan, Bhilwara(iii) Guru Kripa Hospitals, Sikar(iv) Sh. K.M. Memorial Jain Heart and General Hospital, Sikar(v) Rungta Hospital, Jaipur

(i) Narayana Multispecialty Hospital, Jaipur in Multispecialty category(ii) Dr. Virendra Laser Phaco Surgery Centre Pvt. Ltd., Jaipur in

Note:(1) The hospital shall be bound not to charge, from the State Government

employees, more than the rates as may be fixed by the StateGovernment from time to time for approved private hospitals forvarious treatments, investigations and implants.

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Rajasthan is pleasedto make the following rules further to amend the Rajasthan CivilServices (Medical Attendance) Rules, 2013, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may becalled Rajasthan Civil Services (Medical Attendance) (FirstAmendment) Rules, 2016.

(2) They shall come into force with immediate effect.

2. Amendment of rule 6... In sub-rule (2) of rule 6 of theRajasthan Civil Services (Medical Attendance) Rules, 2013,hereinafter referred to as the said rules, -

. (i) in clause (I), for the existing punctuation mark ".",appearing at the end, the expression "; and" shall besubstituted.

(ii) after the existing clause (I). so amended, the following newclause (m) shall be added. namely:-"(m) cost of specific procedure included in Panchkarma torspecific diseases to the extent indicated in Appendix-XVII. n

3. Addition of new Appendix-XVII.- After the existinqAppendix-XVI appended to the said rules, the foUowing newAppendix-XVII shall be added, namely:-
